Answer:	Not expensive at all. Ive had this saw for 4 years and never had a single problem. Its very comparable to other pro saws like stihl but only half the price. My 271 starts second pull every single time even after sitting in the shed for months. Never been in the shop once. Buy once cry once

Answer:	Yes, either brand will have a replacement chain. Just look up your model in the selection chart for each brand. Both are excellent.

Answer:	I think the power is more than enough to handle a 20" bar. The only think you would need to check is to see if the sprocket would need to be changed. Also, I don't think you could use any 20" bar. It would have to be one that allows you to use the unique Echo way of tensioning the chain.

Answer:	I also have no idea. All that is important to me is reliability. When I'm 20 feet off the ground in the canopy of a dead Emerald Ash the Echo better start easily the first time without knocking me off balance. Years ago I bought an American chain saw. The constant inconsistency regarding start-up and kickback landed me on my spine 15 feet below breaking my back. I was lucky. Herein lies the really important question.

Answer:	Chain loose? If still jumping off, go over chain link by link and make sure it can sit all the way down in the groove on the bar. If it can't, straighten it where bent, file it so it will, buy a new chain.
Question:	can I get a case for it reasonable
Answer:	Just do an Amazon search on Echo Chainsaw Case. There are hard and soft cases from Echo that will work. Echo ToughChest 20" Chainsaw Storage Case - 99988801210 is an example.

Question:	will this saw run on ethanol blended gas
Answer:	I personally never use gas with ethanol in any of the small engines. Ethanol being an alcohol attracts water and the gas rottens much quicker that ethanol free gas especially if you do not use the small engine for extended periods of time. However 10% ethanol gas it will work fine, just make sure you add fuel stabilizer at all times. This is a great chain saw for sure, I highly recommend it.

Answer:	I just bought the D70 also. The stock chain was a beast. I unfortunately hit barb wire in the Center core of a tree. I'll let you know how she goes. Based on my research Oregon is a must have and the D70 full pitch is the smoothest fastest cutting saw. 60cc CS590 can handle the full pitch AGRESSIVE chains

How to Start Up? ( 1 - 7 Step )

1.To start the chain saw.

2.Slowly pull the starter rope with your right hand until you feel resistance. Then pull the starter rope hard several times until the engine fires briefly.

3.The engine fires only briefly and dies again immediately. Move the Master Control lever up one notch (to the half throttle position) to open the choke.

4.Pull the starter rope again until the engine fires again.

5.As soon as the engine has fired and is running,touch the throttle trigger briefly with your index finger.The master control lever will move back to the normal idle setting.

6.Release the chain brake by pulling the chain brake handle toward you with your left hand. When you hear a click sound, this means the chain has been released and can turn on the bar.

7.Before getting started, check the chain lubrication. Then you can start work.

Answer:	In my review I explained how to count. The bar normally would be stamped as to how many DL these bars aren't. So your best solution is to count the tear drops beneath the cutter chisels of the chain. The DL is not seen when chain is resting on bar. Find one mark it and start counting..
Question:	Can I use 40:1 mixture in premix cans
Answer:	Sure you can. You can also add more 2 stroke oil to your premix to get it to 25-1 or 20-1. Getting your ratio on the lower end will help the motor last longer
Question:	Can I install 24 inch bar
Answer:	I don't believe you can. I've seen there are chains for 18", 20" and 22 inch. Of course a new bar and chain would be required. Remember that engine is calibrated for up to 22" bar. We had a large maple tree cut down in our yard and cut 35" dia trunks down with no problem. You need to learn the process of downing.
Question:	how big of a tree can it cut?i need it for big oak trees
Answer:	Not sure but it cuts very well just make sure to keep an eye on fuel and bar and chain oil fill as needed if your cutting big trees
