Answer:	dear customer,at present, only the 8.5x11 pages are perforted

Answer:	They do bleed through a bit so you need something under the paper but it works well.
Question:	Is it perforated
Answer:	Micron and similar drawing pens won't bleed through most papers even thin papers. I've used microns in my sketchbook 60lb/90gsm and it didn't bleed through. You'll see show through and ghosting, but likely no bleed through.

Pressure

Using the brush tip, apply a light amount of pressure (using mainly the tip of the brush) to apply a light layer of color. Apply even more pressure (using the full width of the brush) to apply a darker layer of color.

Streaking

Use the broad chisel tip to create straight, consecutive lines to fill large areas. Apply one layer for lighter fills and multiple layers for darker fills.

Feathering

Apply more pressure at the beginning of the stroke and release pressure at the end of stroke using a flicking motion. Use light, swift strokes to create a feathered edge for blending.

Circular Strokes

Use the brush tip to draw small circular shapes to create an even distribution of color. This creates a more saturated fill.

Step 1

Draw a shape and fill with ink using the lightest pressure to create the first layer of color. For best results, use a hard lead pencil to draw outlines to prevent smudging.

Step 2

Apply a second layer by starting from the bottom and filling the shape 2/3 of the way to the top. Use a flicking motion to feather color at the end of each stroke.

Step 3

Apply a third layer of color by adding slightly more pressure and coming up 2/3 of the way to the top of the previous layer. Repeat this step until you reach desired saturation.

Answer:	Unfortunately, at this time there is not a pack of Sakura Brush Pens that has all black pens.
Question:	I have another brand of markers, will the numbers be the same? Or even close? Is there a way to purchase a single color
Answer:	It depends upon the exact weight and composition of the paper, so all I can say is "maybe". I use these with heavy duty art paper and they don't bleed through like a sharpie pen does, but I don't think I'd use it on anything finer than your basic copy paper. However, it also depends what you're planning on doing with them - as these are brush-tip pens, they're not at all appropriate for writing in the margins of a bible. It would be like trying to write with a paintbrush. If you want a good, fine-point pen with archival ink for making notes in your bible, I'd recommend the Sakura Pigma Micron 005 or 01 pens. Super fine ink that won't bleed through the finest paper. Hope this helps! :)

Answer:	Yes. The problem is that you have a tiny window of time in which to smudge the ink with a water brush. But it does work. I do this all the time.

Answer:	Yes they are permanent. easy to use, makes a nice fine line. I used it on very smooth stone. My only complaint was 1/2 the pens came with very little or no ink at all.

Question:	Are both sides of the paper the same
Answer:	Even on regular paper it takes a little bit of time for the ink to dry. I can't imagine how much longer it would take on vellum. Seems weird that you'd be taking a drafting exam on vellum.
Question:	Can the paper handle ink
Answer:	My pens are labeled not specifically labeled "acid-free" but are labeled "archival ink". I looked up the difference on Google, and basically the ink has a neutral pH of 7.0 which means that any it should not make your paper more "acidic". It should not affect your paper's pH. The site I googled was https://www.pigmamicron.com/faq/
Question:	Is this paper smooth like bristol paper
Answer:	It inks extremely well on media paper although I am not familiar with the Canson type. It does not bled through any paper I have used yet and I highly recommend investing in one as it lasts a very long time when being used or stored.
Question:	Does this paper do well with watercolor
Answer:	These are among the best pens available. I am a graphic artist and these are my favorite pens. Whether they dry up on a single drawing is totally dependent on how big and complex the drawing is.

Question:	Are they very streaky when the colors overlap? And are the colors too bright, in your opinions
Answer:	I took a piece of black card stock and I wrote my name on it. It didn't bleed and it looks fine, to me. They are not expensive pens but I found them to work well with my projects. Good luck.

Answer:	I have the 10 size and it writes perfect every time. I have not had any issues with it smearing or coming off once it is dry. Does not take too long to dry.

Answer:	I have not. I buy a lot of these for my drawing students. It is a very fine marking device. If you are doing incredibly fine detail work, this pen is your friend. It's fragile and the nib will break off with a sneeze.

Answer:	I don't know-they work great on paper surfaces for details. They glide on copic, colored pencil and ink surfaces.

Question:	Will theyy work on canvas? Wha about the adult coloring canvases I'm seeing right now
Answer:	For the price I would say they work great.
Question:	Do one side of the marker have a brush tip
Answer:	I am not 100% sure if all sets do. Though, it is a popular mechanical pencil that I have gotten in more than one set. Though I have not tried every set of pens Sakura makes.
Question:	Are these refillable
Answer:	It takes a couple of minutes for the pigment in these to dry completely. After it has dried, it works well with watercolors (won't smear or bleed). If you draw with these pens and immediately try to use water color on the pigment, before it has dried, it will smear a little.
Question:	Do they smudge on poster paper
Answer:	Yes! They are! Pigma archival quality inks are designed to resist many solvents. Google "colinpurrington" for "Maintaining a laboratory notebook". It does a fantastic job comparing the inks across many manufacturers.
