After doing a lot of research I finally made a Homemade recipe that removed all the genital warts ( almost 35) in 10 days. 3 garlic clove, vinegar, 1 spoon of honey and organic apple cider with MOTHER (its very important to have the mother or it will be useless) grind it all together till it become like smoothie and apply it on the warts every 2 hours for a couple of days till you start to see the warts color is turning dark then stop applying it and give it a couple of days it will totally dry out and fall off. you may need to redo the mix every 2-3 days because the fresh garlic color change over time.
