Good to know replacements are so inexpensive on eBay 🙃 I guess if you’ve never used a mower before you might wonder where the grass goes. I’ve never used a bag, never dethatched, my zoysia is more than 35 years old and very healthy. I consider the grass clippings a gift from God. As far as where does the cut grass go, it stays pretty much right there. This is a very small mower if you use it that way. If the green stuff is very tall, we just had more than 10 days of rain, then I cut little narrow swathes. It is a weed eater with a deck. I had breast cancer 4 years ago. The treatment almost did me in. Up until then I did my own yard work. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars hiring idiots to scalp my zoysia and then take out my roses, Japanese maples, fig trees, lilies and plants large enough to see with weeders. I bought this little guy for me to use as it’s small enough for me use to mow my uneven lawn and it’s hard to scalp s rise budh if the weeder stays in the deck. I love this little guy. |

| Answer: | I have the 19 in with two batteries. It came with a 40v 4ah and 2ah battery. The 40v 2ah has lasted at least 40 to 45 min and its the small battery. I have never depleted its power doing my yard and back alley. We have bermuda grass and my yard in front is about 80 x 40 my back yard is about 30 x 60 then i have a strip in the back alley. I love this lawn mower so far. No fuss no muss and plenty of power for my yard. The power increases when it goes thru thick grass then runs slower thru lighter grass on its own. Its is much quieter than my gas mower and lighter as well even though the deck is metal. From my perspective my brushless mower is a winner. |

If you purchase one that is supposed to come with two 4ah batteries, then make certain they supply as advertised. |

| Answer: | I got a manual with mine. I suggest you call Amazon and they'll mail 1 to you. The hardest thing I had to figure out was how to get the battery in there properly. I actually looked it up on YouTube and that helped me. Once you have the knack for it it's simple. I'm 72 so I don't put it in the rabbit gear. My 15 year old grandson has no problem going faster with it. I have a relatively small yard so it works great for me. I would not suggest it for someone who has a large yard. Hope this information is helpful for you. |

| Answer: | Best practice is to keep batteries between 10% - 90% charged. 20 -80% range is even better.. the worst way to keep these batteries is always fully charged. It is hard on the cells inside the battery..A battery that is only ever charged to 80% will last on average, about 4 times longer than the same battery that was always kept at 100%..So the practical answer is to keep the battery fully charged during the season (or kept at 75-80% and topped up before use) AND ALWAYS store the battery at around 50% charge for the off season.If these guidelines were followed, I wouldn't be surprised to see the battery last 7-10 years.If you keep the battery fully charged even during the off season, I think you will see noticable depreciation after 2-3 years.I keep my batteries at 50% during the off season, the date code on my battery is 2013. it is 2017 now. I 'm sure it has decreased somewhat in capacity, but I havent noticed...Other things that decrease battery life rapidly:- Bogging down the mower/battery. ( cutting more often is better than cutting less often with thicker grass)- Heat ( keep batteries out of the sun, away from heaters etc..) |

| Answer: | The "CT" refers to CORE TOOL. These initials are VERY important when making a purchase! Core Tool means "Just the basic lawnmower" (the basic, or core tool). You do not get the battery or charger or anything else included in the bundled package. My advice is to never pay almost as much as the complete kit for only the basic machine. Brand new never used mower received July 7th 2020 - wanted to charge the batteries before use and one battery was completely DEAD - was 1st told to get a hold of a local dealer - out of the 5 with in 50miles only one said they had a battery - but they wanted the mower as well. That's too much of a hassle just for a dead battery - hope this can get resolved through a swap. Tested mower with the one working battery and mower was fine - just need a working 2nd battery. |

| Answer: | Salt can come in three different forms: pellets crystal block salt Salt pellets are the most common and are generally less expensive than potassium pellets. Here is a breakdown of the available options: Evaporated salt pellets have the highest purity rate of the aforementioned salts and are generally the most expensive. The higher the purity of your salt (we prefer 99.9% pure salt), the less water-insoluble matter, which means less chance of “bridging”, “mushing”, or insoluble buildup in the bottom of the tank that will need to be cleaned out later. Solar salt pellets is most commonly sold in the crystal or pellet form and is made through evaporating sea water. Solar salt is more soluble than rock salt, but may not work as well as evaporated salt when your water hardness level is very high. Many solar salt brands contain 99.6 pure salt. Rock salt resembles small rocks or pebbles. Although this form of salt is more economical, we don’t recommend using as it contains a high amount of calcium sulfate which means it won’t dissolve well in water and can cause maintenance headaches. Block salt should not be used unless your WaterTech dealer recommends and raises the water level in the brine tank to ensure the blocks are fully submerged for maximum brine formation. Like most things, it’s best to spend a little more up front for high quality.
