Answer:	If you are facing the front of the heater, the gas connection can be found on the lower right hand side coming from the rear.
Question:	Using this for a fire pit. Will this work on a 1 pound propane tank
Answer:	This uses a very small battery for ignition. The life of it is usually not an issue.
Question:	will this connect to a house line to a stove
Answer:	I had a scenario where this heater made a serious billowing smoke show. Kicked the smoke detectors off immediately. Only happened 2- 3 times in a 2 ish year period. It happened with this propane heater too. Don't let this scare you though. Can happen with any infrared heater. It only happened several times over a period of about 2 years. So it probably only happened 1 out of a thousand times where the pilot light was on, but for some reason when it went to light up the burner bricks it malfunctioned and billowed out smoke like you wouldn't believe. Made it hard to get to the heater to turn it off. ALWAYS worked after simply turning it off, and ligting it up again. Maybe another reason why you must have working smoke detectors. Doesn't keep me from buying another one! Overcome your fears. Doesn't mean you won't first feel afraid if smoke suddenly starts pouring out of the kitchen. Lol. NEVER let your fears control you. Everything breaks it's just a matter of time. Keep safety # 1.
Question:	Lp gas converter 3/8 to
Answer:	There is no real thermostat in Mr. Heater. It is more of a reostat the controls the time the 5 panels are on and off. At the number 1 setting the panels are on a short time and off a longer time. As you go from 1 up the panels stay on longer and the off time gets shorter. I have not been able to run on the 5 setting as the CO2 sensor turns the heater off after two cycles of setting 2. My external carbon dioxide sensor also goes off after 15 minutes of operation and on setting 2 and after the Mr Heater CO2 sensor turns off the propane. I would not recommend this heater to anyone.
Question:	Where is the gas inlet located
Answer:	As far as I know, a 20# and 30# tanks atr the same. Assume a 40# is the same standard fitting
Question:	I am concerned about having to use a battery to ignite the pilot light. Is this a problem and are there other types of ignition systems
Answer:	Wow!!! Great question??? I would probably say..... Yeah. You would have to keep the 20# tank up side down and connect the adapter to the end of the hose and all (Safety Safety Safety) but I am sure it could work. Possible unintentional consequences... more propane loss every time you disconnect and re-connect (expelling propane from the entire hose length vs just from adapter at 20# tank connection) Would deffinately make sure area you are doing this in would be well ventilated... Of course all the safety measures.... but.... I would think it would work. (I am in no way stating that this is something that can be or could be done and my opinion is only that, an opinion!) Hope this helps. I am going to fabricate me a stand for a 20# tank and give this idea a go.

Answer:	Yes If your grill is set to handle small propane bottles

Answer:	It shouldn't leak, if is leaking is defective. This type of hoses have a small gasket on the other end, similar to the car tires.

The Infrared heater warms objects. It doesn’t warm the air like a Blue Flame. It can be put in an area with objects which the heater will heat and then the object will heat the air. Blue Flame warms the air, infrared warms objects, which heat the air.

Note: Units cannot be converted from Propane to Natural Gas and vice versa. They are not designed to be a primary source of heat, as they are designed to work with a furnace.

Answer:	It has no shelf life. It's a great item for disaster preparedness. You can store them forever and they work even if they got wet.

Answer:	-- of course "It works fine for marhmallows"... a flame will cook nearly anything. The question is more about, "does it leave a funny taste..." or residue or absorb the burn-off in any way. If we're going to ingest it, we clearly don't want to add to the already harmful sugar. :/

Answer:	Always make sure it sits in a heat resistant surface. We use a tile or ceramic table. You can also set it on a metal, tile, or ceramic hot plate like would be used for a pot or skillet.

Answer:	The selling points to this portable campfire are - You can stop and re-start it(light it up for 20 mins, slide the lid on to put it out and relight it any time), no embers to fly out and create a fire danger, it can be used where wood campfires can't, there is no harmful smoke or wood smoke smell to get in your hair or clothes, it's waterproof, unlike a wood fire this is so easy to light and you don't have to maintain it. You have a two foot flame the whole time. If you compare it to a bundle of wood from the store that is $7 or $8 you find a lot of advantages. The bundle of wood last for the same amount of time (4 to 6 hours) But the Radiate only weighs 4 lbs (wood 15 lbs), wood is hard to light, the fire dyes down, needs to be maintained, could have harmful smoke, and you can't start and stop it like the Radiate. Answer:	Its an empty concrete vessel that you pour fuel in. We couldn't find alcohol so we bought small cans of Sterno canned hear - ethanol gel. Works great but the small cans only burn for 45 min, I think the alcohol would burn about the same time. We only use ours for a short about of time (for s'mores), so this works great for us.

Answer:	The fire pit has 4 legs and is very stable as long as it is not excessively loaded. The fire is raised and exposed and should not be used in windy conditions. Maintaining the fire in appropriate conditions should not be a problem at all.

Answer:	I just used this last weekend camping. It worked great. It holds only a few logs at a time. Had to lay them horizontal. Its a stainless steel mesh. The only thing I'm unsure about is the durability of how long it will last due to limited use. But for its value I don't think you'll be disappointed.
