Answer:	Hi Bret, The glass bubble is formed by two PYREX brand 4 quart mixing bowls. These are not included. I find mine at WalMart or Target, usually less than 10 bucks each, sometimes much less. Get the Pyrex brand because they have a nice wide rim on the bowl and that helps with stacking.

Question:	Is this suitable for baking and browning yeast loaf bread and would a clear glass baking pan work for bread baking
Answer:	Yes and no. I have baked and browned yeast loaf bread. My most recent method uses any loaf pan, but the loaf pan is placed in a black turkey roaster. The black roaster forms an "oven" and the bread bakes normally. Another method is to use a black metal loaf pan. The heavier the better. Preheat the pan, drop in your dough that has risen, cover the loaf pan with an upside down black loaf pan, put all this in the cooking bag and you will get good results. Because you are cooking at a lower temperature, the bottom of the loaf tends to be the last to cook. What I do is, once the top is brown, and the loaf is mostly firm, I flip the loaf for the last 20 minutes of cooking. Solar cooking is a skill and there are many good solar cooking cookbooks available.

Answer:	Yes, as long as it has a top flange or rim that extends wider than the sides of the pan, so that the flange can rest on the top rim of the cooking sleeve which insulates the pot and elevates it off the surface of the reflector. Answer:	The pot is black and absorbs the heat. Works great! Silicone is popular in cooking for detailed cake molds and etc. and it's easy to clean. I have the Mini and Deluxe ovens, and have as gifts.
Question:	Would bacon cook in this
Answer:	Yes, although it will bake the bacon, the same as if it was put into a regular kitchen oven. It will not fry like it would on a stovetop. To bake bacon, we recommend cooking it in a covered pot. Trying to "fry" it uncovered will steam up the clear cover which will interfere with the cooking process.
Question:	What is the largest size pot that will fit inside
Answer:	The included pot holds 3 1/2 liquid cups. It is 2 1/2" x 7". The cover slants, so a larger-longer pot or a taller narrow pot could be used. A small, black, rectangle roaster would probably give you the max. Make sure it has a lid.

Answer:	I don't know what sponge the other answer is talking about, as mine did not come with one. The directions say you can just leave the cooker out in the sun with the tube open to self-clean like an oven (baking things off).

Answer:	Surly, you need direct sunlight to get heat into the vacuum tube. I have been using my cooker mostly on vegetables which taste great after a half hour or so of solar cooking. The nutrients don't get fried off as in other cooking methods and they are soft and moist.

Answer:	Of course . You aslo can cook steak and onions, pasta, chicken, pizza bites, steak,veggies and hotdogs(fits 8-12).A meal can be completed as fast as 15 minutes.

Answer:	It's made of Coroplast, which is the same stuff used for political lawn signs during election season. It's basically like corrugated cardboard, but made with plastic instead of paper. Oh, and it's got one shiny side.

Answer:	"When folded for shipment the cooker is in a 18 by 16 by 4 inch box. Once out of the box it can be folded in half to form a 48" by 24" by 1/2". I fold them small to fit in the box. This saves a lot on shipping because the box is not oversize. Once out of the box, I just fold mine in half and store it flat under the bunk in my motorhome,
Question:	I read of some people not being able to use this to cook food? Has anyone experienced this? Thanks
Answer:	The builder's website offers a lot of information on how to solar cook. A how to guide is included with the instructions. Follow the guide and you will be amazed at how well this cooker performs. Like anything else, ignore instructions and you may get a poor result.
Question:	I couldn't find the temperature rating. Can it get to baking temps
Answer:	You can definitely bake with this. Don't know exactly what temperature it gets to, but probably hotter than 400, depending on how precisely you can focus on the sun. I've baked things and made stews and beans - I'd say at approximately that temperature. Doesn't take longer than it would in the oven.

Answer:	No. It lacks the insulation to reach baking temperature .

Answer:	If you are going to use this for all kinds of cooking yes, if you are only wanting something to boil water, and very limited, you can use this, but it is dependent on sun. Answer:	The oven gets up to 285 F (140 C). A typical range will be 210 - 250 F (99 - 121 C). This is right in the range of slow-cooking temperatures and hotter than stovetop (at 212 F). Thanks for the question!
Question:	What are the dimensions when it is opened up. I have a pot that will not fit in the Global Sun Oven because of the slope. The pot is 7 3/4"h x 13"w
Answer:	I think your pot will fit, but I think this oven is made for smaller pots. That big of a pot, in this size oven, will add to your cooking time. I put a 12" diameter X 8" high pot in mine to check the size for you, it fit, the clear front cover is flexible allowing for some wiggle room. Measurements: the bottom panel is 16" wide X 19" deep, the back panel is he same measurements. So picture 19" deep X 19" tall and connected at a 45 degree angle. FYI the metal pot that comes with it is aprox 9" diameter x 3.25" tall.
