I've had that problem on my band saw and the cause was that the pully attached to the drive belt had lost it's alignment due to the fact that it got loose from the bearing bushing. In my case the bushing would not seat correctly and I finally corrected the problem with epoxy. You should also check that the belt is at the correct tension. Too tight is as bad as too loose. |
