| Answer: | I would recommend against buying this product. After the third one failed I just ate it and stopped asking Amazon for replacements. The impeller lasts for about 2 to 3 weeks and then fails. We had to put it on some rocks to get it up high enough above the water but our pond is about 28 inches deep so I can't say for sure that it will rise above 20 inches. |

| Answer: | Thanks for your question. The model 5 Danner mag drive pump will have a flow rate of around 180 GPH @6' of dynamic head pressure. The 250-500 models have a more noticeable drop in flow around 3' of pressure, so you may consider going with something stronger given the amount of height in your project.
