Answer:	I have the app on three different Android devices. When one phone is connected to the sensor, other phones do not show the Bluetooth indicator to the left of the battery indicator and do not show the current temp. When I leave the first connection alone, the sensor gets disconnected eventually, and other phones can access the sonsor. It takes me about 20 seconds to access the current temperature and about 30 seconds further to load one day worth of data.

Answer:	Govee Team's answer is generally correct. That said, I've been using a Govee H5074 for two months this to monitor the temperature of a small refrigerator in my car (typically set to 34° F/1° C), and it has worked very well despite having to transmit through the metal refrigerator case and the steel car body. I routinely check it from 10-20 feet away; I haven't tried any further away than that. Now, maybe I'll have to swap batteries every six months. But this little device works so well (thanks in large part to Govee's well-designed iOS app) that I'll cheerfully pay that price if I have to. They do make a more robust weatherproof model, H5041, but it costs more than twice as much and uses a plug-in (120/240 VAC) Wi-Fi router. As an RVer, I try to avoid anything that can't run on 12 VDC. But the H5074 doesn't even need that--it's self-contained, and only needs a smartphone or tablet. It suits my needs perfectly.

Answer:	This is a nice little product (and I am very happy with it), however, the way it works is very unclear. After playing with it for a few frustrating hours, here are a few tips that may help others: Unlike a lot of other devices, the only way to send info to the device is with Bluetooth. That is why you need to be connected via Bluetooth to a) set up the device, and b) to get real-time (instant) data (temp and humidity) from the device. Once you have connected to your WiFi network, you can access data (temp and humidity) when you are out of Bluetooth range over WiFi (or you turn Bluetooth off on your phone), with the following limitations: 1) The data is not "real-time". The device can only send data to (not receive from) Govee's servers (the app retrieves this data from the servers), and it only does so at either 10 minute or 30 minute intervals, depending on how you set the device up. The reason for this limitation is twofold: 1) The app cannot send a "request for update", since the the design is such that sending data from the app over to the device over WiFi is not possible, and 2) even though it would be technically possible for the device to be constantly sending data (temp and humidity) to the server, it would drain the device's batteries very quickly. When your phone is out of Bluetooth range (or you turn Bluetooth off on your phone), the app will show the following cryptic message: "It may affect the reception and synchronization of the data if the Bluetooth doesn't be turned on". What this message should say is "The device must be connected via Bluetooth for setup and to receive real-time data." When setting up your WiFi network on the device, after you select the network and enter your WiFi password, and press done, a message will display (briefly) in the lower portion of the screen. If WiFi setup was successful, the message will say "Succeed to connect WiFi". What is should say is "WiFi connection successful". The WiFi indicator on the main screen is also somewhat confusing. Whereas the Bluetooth symbol is only shown when the device is connected via Bluetooth, and the Battery indicator shows the correct battery charge, for some reason the WiFi indicator is always on, whether or not the device is connected to a WiFi network. As far as I can tell, there is no way to know if the device is connected via WiFi, other than to turn tour phone's Bluetooth off and see if the temp and humidity get updates every 10 or 30 minutes (depending on your setting). I hope this helps at least a few people with this very nice device.

2. If you cannot connect your device to your home WiFi network, it could be one of following issues:

1) Wrong password. Make sure that you entered the correct WiFi network password and try again.(Pleasenote capital letters and blank.)

2) Is your router compatible? If your router is a dual-band router, for the first time setup, please make sure your smartphone and the H5051 device are both connected to the same 2.4 GHz WiFi network, otherwise you will not be able to connect the device and your smartphone. Please kindly note that the H5051 device cannot connect to a 5Ghz network（NOT SUPPORT 5G WIFI). Temporarily switch off the 5 Ghz network on the router to connect the device to 2.4Ghz network. Afterwards you can switch on the 5 Ghz network again. after connection, you can remotly monitor the temperature and humidity on your smartphone APP from anywhere.

3) Check the signal strength of the WiFi. If the WIFI signal is too weak, the device cannot connect properly. Move the device closer to the router to make sure that a good WiFi signal is available.

3. Normally the battery can work about 3 months. If you had used the device for about 3 months, the device can't connect with WIFI, please kindly try replacing the batteries to re-connect the device with WIFI.

Since the device is not waterproof, it's not recommended to use the device in an environment of high humidity rate for a long time(over 80%, in which water is in a condensation state).

Answer:	I expect this device will work well for monitoring greenhouse temperatures from a distance, provided a wifi signal and internet service is accessible from the greenhouse. I am using this device to monitor temperature and humidity at a house 100 miles away while it is unoccupied. The house has working wifi and an internet connection, and the Govee sensors work very well. If the greenhouse has no wifi network and no internet access, I don't believe this will work for you.

Answer:	Generally amazon is very good about returns.
Question:	If the gateway loses power will it still continue to log until the connection is restored
Answer:	This clock is quiet. I never hear it tick. :)
Question:	How far away can they be from the hub
Answer:	Mine is fast as well. Doesn't matter if I set it back it always ends up about 20-30 minutes fast. Doesn't look like it can be adjusted. Very annoying as I really like how the clock looks.
Question:	what's the total square footage does it monitor
Answer:	As you probably already suspect, the answer is China.
