Answer:	They work on battery power...so of course they will stop working when the battery doesn't hold a charge (saying don't order solar is like saying flashlights are worthless). You can order a pack of the solar batteries and replace them if they stop working. A small Philips head screwdriver is the only tool needed and you can do it in less than 5 minutes. I just swapped out several batteries this weekend. If you keep them outside year round...the elements (Midwest wind, snow, torrential rains, arctic temperatures) will eventually take their toll. I can usually get 18-24 months and I assume if I took them down in winter I could prolong that.

Answer:	If you assembled it properly, which is easy to do so I am sure you did, you don't have to worry about facing into the wind as the 2 spinners rotate 360 degrees on its axis to catch the wind no matter which direction it is blowing & the blades spin in opposite directions causing the spinner to appear as though it is "breathing" in & out. Very dramatic & a very nice addition to a yard. Make sure you anchor it securely in the ground so the wind doesn't blow it over & bend the blades. Hope this helps, Frank

Answer:	I found that the little "arm" that it fastens to is bent at an angle. I reported this to the seller and they said they were going to send replacement parts but after a month, I doubt that is going to happen. I tried working it a bit in my vise but didn't want to totally wreck it, but I may try it again. I would advise NOT TO BUY this, and I should have done the same.. always hopeful though, this time it didn't work out.

Question:	How well will this do in salt air near the ocean? Is it rustproof
Answer:	Went outside to check it over. It's not rustproof, however I've had mine for a year and it gets hit with the sprinklers every morning in southern California, it's mostly covered in paint, but a few tiny areas aren't and I can see rust forming in those areas. I think if you hit it with wd40 regularly where it's welded at the base of circle and the post it would help considerably. Or if you can get marine strength clear coat, spray it before putting it out. It really is pretty and catches the wind easily, very happy with this.

Question:	Do these spin easily in the wind
Answer:	This one seems to. I have it set up in the back yard and and can see it now. This is a somewhat windy day and it is very active. I feed birds in this area and have had a problem the past few years with turkeys (the whole neighborhood has). They eat everything. Now, suddenly, they don't like being around, although the other birds don't seem to mind. If it continues this way I may add more spinners. It just started spinning again. Wind over 5 to 10 MPH seem to set it off.

Answer:	No, it goes in the ground. Maybe if you had a LARGE pot with dirt it might work. Mine doesn't spin like I would like it to. It has to be a real strong wind for one of them to spin. The two never spin together. Hope this helps.

Question:	Make the pole more secure
Answer:	To make the pole more secure all you have to do take one extension with you to hardware store or Home Depot / Lowes find a piece of copper pipe that the extension will fit inside of and buy the total length that you desire making sure that the copper pipe extends past the last joint by at least 6 inches. In a very short time the patina will match you will have a very secure pole.
Question:	Has anyone had issues getting the light to work
Answer:	I initially set it in a location where it would get maximum sun for the day. As I recall the instructions indicated it might take a couple of days to be fully charged. I didn't check it until 3 or 4 days later and saw it was lighted and changes colors as advertised. Now I have it in a location that gets limited sun during the day but it still lights at night and changes colors. Thus, no, I have had no issues with the lighting
Question:	what is the outside diameter of the support
Answer:	Not sure. Maybe 12-14”. I woulD NOT recommend this. It is very cheaply made and looks as cheap as it feels. A total waste of money.
