Answer:	The feeder comes fully assembled.The solar panel in the roof is easily removable, and the seed can be poured in through that opening.

Answer:	Yes, I've had that issue. There are a few things you can try that worked for us. Lightly shake/tap the feeder so the seeds drop down or fill the outer tray manually with seed. Some other possibilities, though I haven't tried yet, are to buy very small bird seed or carefully cut the lower part of the inner screen to make opening bigger
Question:	How about the lighting effect at night? Is it bright
Answer:	When the LED lights come on at night, the lighting is so great. I really love this bird feeder with LED lights.

Answer:	My feeder is under an awning in my kitchen window. It generally attracts the smaller birds. The cardinals are more attracted to my larger feeder.

Question:	Do sunflower seeds with the hull still on come out easily
Answer:	Maybe, but I don’t think likely. The first feed I used had sunflowers but not in the hull and they came out easily but the feed also had other nuts and some of them would get stuck which is why Sunflower seeds in the hull may get stuck. I was using a toothpick every morning to get feed in the tray. Then I switched to a finch finch food and everything is pretty chopped up including the sunflower seeds. It flows through nicely.
Question:	Seeds are getting stuck inside groove at the top of the feeder. I've used various bottle brushes to reach the seeds, but to no avail. Suggestions
Answer:	I actually used a Piece of floral wire...cut a straight piece long enough to reach the groove, and bend a short hook at the end to loosen the seeds. Good luck!
Question:	We have mostly blue jays, mockingbirds and black birds. Is this big enough for them
Answer:	I would say no. It was very small and doesn’t hold a lot of seed.

Answer:	I also live in Florida around the Tampa Bay area. I have had the feeder for about six months and no rust yet. The glass is beautiful but the tray on the bottom is plastic. It seems to be made pretty well but I'm concerned about the plastic cracking. The tray also fills up with water which prevents seeds from coming out of the feeder. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. Get many compliments on it.

A. Black Oil Sunflower Seed is the most popular bird seed. It is much smaller than the traditional sunflower seed and best for those birds with smaller bills, such as the sparrow, junco and goldfinch. This seed is accepted by the greatest variety of birds.

Mixed Seed is also popular. It is best to buy the mixes that contain white proso millet, a tiny cream colored seed with a shiny shell. Mixes containing finely cracked corn and black oil sunflower are also preferred by a large number of birds.

Nyjer (Thistle Seed) is imported from Africa and Asia. Nyjer won't germinate, however, it has a tendency to become moldy due to lack of air circulation. If you notice mold on the seed, it must be removed from the feeder and the feeder must be cleaned thoroughly.

Q. How do I clean my bird feeders?

A. Before filling your feeder with fresh seed, it is recommended that the following precautions are taken:

Remove all old seed.

Soak feeder in a light water/bleach solution (9 parts water to 1 part bleach).

Scrub feeder and allow to air dry.

Rake and remove accumulated hulls and droppings from underneath the feeders.

Spread mulch (bark or wood) under the feeder, replace mulch when soiled.

Thoroughly wash hands after handling and cleaning feeders.

Answer:	It does not have holes in the bottom, however, we have had ours for more than six months and the inside has never gotten wet. The roof protects it really well.
