Answer:	I was told never use nonstabilized chlorine tablets in the chlorinator. I did. And it got all thick and frothy, plugged it up and ruined it.

Answer:	The inlet and outlets are both 1 1/2" threaded hubs. It takes about 15 minutes to install.

Question:	What is the black hose for
Answer:	It is the rate control line. It connects either to the body of the feeder or to the pool piping depending on your application. The black valve is what you use to control the amount of chlorine being dispensed.
Question:	What is the actual height of this chlorinator? i need it to fit in the same space currently occupied by my hayward cl
Answer:	It measures 15"above the pipe connection
Question:	Does it come with everything I need too hook it up? Do I need to purchase additional tubing or fittings
Answer:	Yes, it comes with all the hardware necessary to fit it in to your existing, you will of course need tools to adapt it to your line, it does not come with the cement to fit it to your existing line nor does it come with a saw to cut into the line; all fittings are in the package. Good luck!
Question:	what is the difference between an offline and inline chlorinator
Answer:	They make two models. With the inline you have to cut your piping and install it in the line. With the offline there are hoses that tap into your piping. You can get greater flow through the Chlorinator with the offline. With the inline you won't get enough flow if you turn your pump down to save energy. Hope that helps. I converted my inline to an offline. They sell a kit.
Question:	When I opened the box, the top “dome” was missing and I can’t open it
Answer:	If you unscrew the cap, you'll find the top is in there. The "dome" part is just installed upside down for shipping. The parts should also all be packed inside.
Question:	What is the maximum operating pressure
Answer:	The maximum pressure is 40 psi. This unit should be attached to the discharge side of your pump.
Question:	just got the 8750in line feeder One big problem---There is absolutely NO instructions that came with it!!!! Where do I get these instructions
Answer:	I did not get instruction either. Pretty simple. Fill with tablets, screw lid tight, turn dial to desired chlorine level. Will have to use trial and error method to find dial setting needed for your pool situation. Test small increments at a time. Works very well for me.
Question:	can this be used on a 18x36 inground pool
Answer:	I used it late last season to chlorinate a 20 x 40 pool after performing a pool renovation. It worked fine for me, though I couldn't test it through the hottest dog days of summer when the sun eats up chlorine at peak rates. However, I did observe the flow rates through the feeder before loading it with chlorine. I'd say the flow rate was far better than any suction type chlorinator that I'd used in the past. In my experience, the flow rate is key because the container will hold plenty of tablets to cover an 18 x 36 pool. You need the flow rate to dissolve the tablets fast enough. In general, I was impressed with the quality of construction and the inclusion of all fittings for installation. I think it will serve your needs. You will need two hands when operating the latch and removing the lid, but it's not much different from other "name brand" chlorinators I've used. I don't consider it unsafe, but always open slowly and avoid direct inhalation around ANY chlorinator.
Question:	Does the Pentair unit include any other fixtures or do they need to be ordered separately
Answer:	I'm not certain what you mean by "fixtures." The unit is self-contained, but you need to supply connecting pipe from the output of your valve and this may require PVC adapters depending on the way your pool is plumbed. I included PVC unions to make it possible to remove and replace the unit in the future.
Question:	Are replacement parts readily available for this unit
Answer:	A parts diagram comes with the unit. Parts can be order from a pool supply or on line. The black tube method in another reply can be purchased By the foot from Home Depot.

Answer:	No it does not but I haven't had to use a wrench. If you don't have a strong grip you might want the wrench.
Question:	Are you supposed to keep this feeder full of pucks or only keep 2-3 pucks in it at a time? I'm not getting high enough chlorine output from mine
Answer:	NEVER fill the tab feeder. I am a pool professional for 10 years. I have never in any of my pools filled the feeder. The tabs have cyaneric in them and when it gets to high your chlorine will lock up. 2-3 tabs in the summer per week and only glandular shock during the winter. 1 pound a week should do it.

Answer:	I disconnected the 1 1/2" hose that returns to the pool and attached it to the input of the chlorinator and added a new hose from the output of the chlorinator to the pool. It required and one additional 1 1/2 hose and two 1 1/2 hose adapters.

Answer:	My husband has not had to make any adjustments to the feeder. The way the tubes appear in the photo is how he’s left them. The hummingbirds and bees have no problem getting to the nectar:) hope that helps!
Question:	I want to put a valve on the inlet tube. What size is the tubing
Answer:	Thank you for your question! We sell extra bottles in a separate listing on Amazon. Simply search "sweet feeders extra bottles," and you will find the listing.
Question:	What type of O-ring do i use for the lid
Answer:	I would hand wash them, not only would it be much easier with a small bottle brush, but it’s be quicker and prevent potential breakage. The actual tubes are glass, though so I assume you could but I’m not going to.
Question:	Can you install with pool solar? Or too corrosive
Answer:	We have ants in ours. We’re trying to figure out a way to keep them out of it. We’re going to try making them slippery first (least harmful), then if we have to, grits on the window sill.

Answer:	I have not experienced any problems with the CL2002S. Chlorine levels have remained consistent sine installing the unit.
Question:	Are the couplings supposed to unscrew, or are they permanently attached to the base? The one i received from you will not screw off
Answer:	They will not screw off. You’ll need reducer bushings to go in them, I reduced to 1.5”.
Question:	We have a 40,000 gallon inground, I know the cl200 does up to 40,000 does this version cover above
Answer:	Where the CL200 has 1-1/2" ports at a range of flow from 30 to 50 gallons per minute, the CL2002S has 2" ports which allow more flow, roughly 50 to 90 gallons per minute. To circulate a 40,000 gallon pool in an 8 hour period you would need about an 83 to 84 gallon per minute flow rate, which would be in the range of operation of the CL2002S.
Question:	Hw many 3inch Chorine tables does this unit hold
Answer:	It holds 10-12 tablets. One thing that has happened to me is that if I put a couple more in there they can get jammed at the top and don't drop down to where the water flows through. If this happens, when you open the chlorinator to check the tablets, it looks like it's full, but it's just that that few at the top got stuck there and there are no tablets below them. So don't overfill.
