Answer:	Breaking bottles is a trial and error at best. Thermal stressing is also hard item to master. You can try re-scoring only the 1" that did not break and then reheating and cooling. Too hot/too cold will cause the area to shatter or crack unevenly. Or you can try applying heat using a soldering gun starting at the point the separation stopped. Follow the score line - slowly and carefully - allowing the crack to follow the heat of the gun. Then dip the bottle in tap water instead of ice water. Less stress on the glass. Keep at it until the bottle separates. Good luck!

Answer:	This bottle cutter is more stable and allows you to cut in one turn. Others I've had were hard to control and resulted in lines not matching up and uneven cutting. I screwed this cutter to my work bench and its a lot easer to use and results in less waist of bottles incorrectly cut due to movement and various pressures during cutting. Bottom line is you get what you pat for. I had several other cutters which I purchased for way less that this and could have saved money and bottles if I had bought it as my first cutter. Question:	How much power does this have compared to dewalt or bosch and what is the typical battery life under heavy use
Answer:	This model is rated at 310 in-lbs of torque at 400 rpm. Dewalt's DCD995/990 is rated at 708 in-lbs at 450 rpm (faster and stronger). The Dewalt is also capable of up to 2000 rpm vs. the WORX's 1500 rpm. However, Dewalt's $100 model (DCD771) is less than half as powerful as their flagship, but still slightly more powerful than the WORX. Having said that, the WORX should be more than powerful enough to do most things around the house (if that's what you're using it for). 310 in-lbs is a lot of torque. You only need around 75 in-lb to drive deck screws. But these days I've discovered than an impact driver is far better at driving screws because you don't have to put nearly as much pressure on the head of the screw. Impact drivers are far more powerful (1850 in-lbs).
Question:	Is the drill strong enough to use with a Kreg pockethole jig? The concept is fine but there are questions...drill size, strength
Answer:	Used it with my Kreg setup with no problem, unit is easy to handle and more then powerful enough

Answer:	Usually "bare tool" is specified when you order without batteries or charger and use with another WORX tool that uses the same battery. I do not believe this tool is available that way as of yet. My tool came with two batteries, a charger and several 1/4" drive bits.

Answer:	----Its not the drill, It's the BIT ----Hanson makes particular bits for drilling plastic, with any drill regardless of voltage, and theyre available most any good hardware store or Tap Plastics. They have a particularly pointed tip, so don't ever attempt to ever use them on wood or metal, as doing so would render it crapp for plastic use from then on. I have 1/8, 3/16, and 1/4 in my arsenal, and they pretty much cover any plastic, ABS, PVC, and especially Plexi-Glas projects I encounter. Yeah, they're a buck or two higher than regular bits, but they also wont crack your pretty plexi-glas project all to hell like a standard twist drill bit will.

Answer:	Yes, it has a light. But it's worse than useless. It lights the area nearby, but casts a shadow on the spot you are drilling. The glare makes it actually harder to see what you're doing.

Answer:	I had an oportunity to use the 18V when I installed the railings on my father in laws staircase. I worked absolutely great but I had to keep switching batteries and kept one on the charger. He got it last Christmas. I told myself then the Dewalt was far superior to the two brands of portable drills I was using that I was going to get a Dewalt for myself. Honestly, when I ordered the 20V I assumed it was the same as my father in law had but his was the 18V. I would be happy with either but the 20V I have is smaller in size and lighter than the 18V that he has. Plus the 20V lithium batteries last a long long time before you have to recharge but then again replacement batteries are expensive. I just used the 20V to build my garage and so far I've only swithed batteries 5 times and that includes all the siding, drywall, wire routing. BTW I use the new star bit screws for everything they are far superior to phillips and I have given all my boxes of phillips screws away; along with my two "other brand" cordless drills.

I cut the rear snout off behind the flange and put my bag on past the flange and it doesn't loosen. The cinch strap just needs put through the catch properly, with the teeth against the inserted end, so it stays tight.
