Answer:	Don't know if this is what you're looking for, but this pump I got from Hayward through Amazon uses 150 lbs. of sand. On the issue of converting from cartridge to sand, iot you still have your manual for your cartridge pump, there are probably specifications listed on its capacity, GPM, etc. Then you could Google to find a sand filter of comparable capacity. I will say this for Hayward - I have owned their pumps for over 30 years, and I only had to call their customer service people 2 or 3 times...but each time they were EXTREMELY helpful. If you know your capacity, I bet they could tell you which Hayward pump is a equal. Maybe even a local pool dealer might know that??

I recommend you use a search engine (internet) for "how to clean an above ground swimming pool sand filter" and follow those instructions. This is what I did and was very satisfied with the results.

Answer:	Vertical blinds shouldn’t be a problem. Stairs and electrical cords and cables can be an issue. You are given strap ties for cords and cables to bundle them so the vac doesn’t consume them...however you will need more than you are given. Stairs need to be blocked because the robot may not go down them...it may get stuck on the edge. We have doors we close to prevent that issue.

Answer:	It can’t be setup on two wifi networks. There are two options: 1) Factory reset to change the wifi network (2min process). Just did this recently since I took our Robovac to another house. 2) You can still use it without wifi, just take it to house 2 and hit the play button on top of the Robovac. It will clean with the same settings it had previously cleaned house 1.

In The Swim Liquid Sand Filter Cleaner aids in the backwashing process by breaking down oils, non-living organic contaminants, and mineral accumulation. Backwashing alone only removes about 85% of contaminants. The 15% left are oils, grease, non-living organic contaminants, and minerals. Liquid Sand Filter Cleaner breaks up those materials left behind. Allowing a proper backwash cycle. Answer:	I wouldn’t go sub zero unless your in a low humidity environment. It’s humid where I live and the glove do good down in the 20’s and surprisingly well riding a motorcycle in 40 degree weather. They’re really good gloves for quadruple the price I paid. Take Care

Answer:	The pump doesn't have a on and off switch. I use a GFCI outlet to turn the pump on and off or you can add a timer.

Answer:	I really would say yes it does. It has a lot of pressure. I think the company should let you know if it would have any sort of overheating issues. I love the pressure this puts out so I am sure it would work for you.
