Question:	How is this mounted on a pole
Answer:	This is designed for hang mount. If you hang this with an arm sticking out from a pole, make sure the arm is long enough so the squirrels can't jump to it. We mounted ours from the basketball hoop.
Question:	How do you buy replacement parts? I cannot find where to order the tray
Answer:	Call Arundale Products at 314 652 1220. The have a full list of replacement parts. They supply the list when you order a new one but who can find that 6 years later?! I just got a new one so my parts list was still around. They work great.
Question:	Has anyone had problems with cardinals feeding on this feeder
Answer:	The cardinals feed from it all the time. It is just big enough for them while keeping the big birds like blue jays, mourning doves and blackbirds off. This morning I watched 2 younger cardinals learn to get on it under the watchful eye of their parents.
Question:	Does the seed remain dry in the feeder? I recall reading somewhere that water can get into the top of this feeder
Answer:	A gasket is installed on the chain so if you push it down after filling the feeder, prevents water from entering the feeder. I love my Aurndale 360 and have it installed on a limb out of the squirrels jumping range.

Question:	Does the perch ring get too hot in summer
Answer:	I've never had any issues with the perch getting too hot and the hummingbirds have perched on the ring. I have had issues with the red glass lid falling off, so I stretch a red rubber band across to keep it in place.

Answer:	I never measured, but my guess would be 1/3 to 1/2 cup.

Question:	Do you think inverting the lid would make it easier for the birds to reach the bottom of the feeder
Answer:	It might, but it would also make the lid slide off easily if your not carefull. They are wonderful but fragile. I purchased some safe glass paint (yellow) and made a small flower on each whole. To make it simple for them to find the opening. I also take a med size rubber band and slide it over the two metal post, to keep lid from falling off when moving it around. The birds have long tongues and seem to be able to reach nectar just fine.

Question:	does this feeder come with the pole
Answer:	Yes it does, but you may want to add a pipe that fits into the pole for easy removal for filling. We use a 3/4" galv. pipe and only 1 section of the pole as a guide. This way the pipe stays in the ground and you can pick the feeder off the pipe for refilling.
Question:	Just received feeder and looks great however it’s so shinny the reflection seems to be scaring the birds away- anyone else having this problem
Answer:	We didn’t have any trouble at all. It is the best bird feeder ever. Even the bears couldn’t break it!!!!
Question:	Can I get replacement ports some of mine broke
Answer:	Yes you can . https://northstatesind.com/main/product-category-bird/ you will need the model number of bird feeder and you can scroll to what you need . I have ordered twice from here. Squirrels chew perch to get to feed.
Question:	How do you get the dome off to refill the seed. I keep twisting but it is not budging. I am afraid if I pull hard to get it to snap off it will break
Answer:	There are two tabs under the dome that hold the dome in place. Push each one out just a little one at a time until the tab moves off the catch and the dome lifts off. To put it back on place the dome back on top and pull down on each side until each tab snaps into place.

The SuperFeeder can be pole mounted or hung from a shepherds' hook ~ take your pick. The package includes everything needed for mounting. This heavy-duty feeder has three plastic feeding tubes with regular seed perches attached. There are 3 additional perches in the package that easily can be switched out for feeding thistle. The top of the feeder measures 16 inches in diameter and acts as a squirrel baffle. It also has an easy-fill, revolving top which makes refilling your feeder a snap.

What’s in the box:

Pole Mounted

The SuperFeeder comes complete with a 4-section 1-1/4 inch aluminum pole for mounting. Each section of the pole fits snuggly together. When mounting, we strongly recommend burying one section of the pole completely so that it’s stable. Just dig a small hole that fits the first section of the pole and tamp the soil tightly around it. Then add the remaining sections and attach the pole mounting adapter.

Hanging Feeder

The SuperFeeder is extremely versatile and can be hung from a sturdy branch or shepherds’ hook. Once the feeder is filled with seed, use the hanging adapter provided and slip it onto the S-Hook; this will ensure that the baffle floats above the top of the feeder. Now put the narrow part of the S-Hook into the eye hook at the top of the feeder and hang.

Easy-Fill

To fill, remove the feeder from the pole or hanger and place it in an upright position. Next, remove the squirrel baffle/top. There are two small tabs under the baffle, just pull outward – this will expose the top of the feeder. The feeder cover rotates to expose the openings into the top of the feeder tubes for easy filling.
