Answer:	I think it will be fine. You will need to provide enough staples to keep it secure in the wind. I have had mine as a ground cover where I have a potted garden for at least two years.

Answer:	I used the fabric in my dahlia garden and stored it dry over the winter. At the end of the second year, the fabric was clearly done. Holes could easily be punched into the material. I had hoped for a longer life.

Answer:	Yes. It allows water and nutrients through but keeps larger stuff out.

Answer:	Unknown, we dont have a problem with gofers. The quality was good, we chalked a circle where we needed an opening for plants and used a small blowtorch to make the hole/opening to avoid having the fabric fray/deteriorating the strength. Question:	I'm looking to use this for a dry well system. Will it let water through for drainage
Answer:	I have never used this for a dry well system. I have used this product in landscaping though, I have never noticed water ponding in these area's that I have used it in. what I would recommend is to contact a business that puts in septic systems, they use a material that allows water to seep through keeping dirt out, A company used this material when my septic system was installed. I do recall the material they used here was white.

Answer:	One roll is only 50 yds. If you want 100, you need to order two.

Answer:	In general, the fabric will limit evaporation. According to my research, not all fabrics retain moisture and I noticed this one doesn't state that it does. You might want to see if Dewitt has other choices that specifically mention this attribute.
Question:	Is this made from polypropylene or polyurethane? The information says both
Answer:	To tell you the truth I don't know. All I can say is it works and that is what I wanted. Oh a weed will pop up once in a while which might come from the mulch. I ordered another roll to continue on further. I can deal with spraying a weed kill to kill 3-5 weeds in a large area. Before I had more weeds than nice looking plants. Now I have plants that look great and a few weeds. I rate this material at 4.5 *. It Works.
Question:	Will this work if my garden beds are not currently perfectly weed free? (I will add mulch layer over the top
Answer:	In my experience, a few weeds will come through - but not all of them. I put down black plastic in the open areas where I didn't have plants - no weeds came through that. The landscape fabric is better for the plants so I used that around them. Or - you could possibly sprinkle a pre-emergent (like Preen) first and that will keep any new ones from adding to your problems. Just make sure it's compatible with your plants.

Answer:	The fabric holds mulch well on several mounded beds in our garden, but then the mulch has lots of prickly fibers to catch on the fabric. I'm not sure gravel has enough roughness akin to the mulch fibers to catch and hold in place.
