Note that the bag can stretch a bit, perhaps 0.5 in width, or 0.2-0.5 in height (but not both at the same time).

Answer:	The one that I have (@work Large Expandable Rolling Brief) that retails between $475-500 does not. However, there is a smaller expanding model (Medium) with a retail between $429-450 that doesn't. However, Briggs and Riley makes the transcend, TU315 Rolling Cabin Bag (Retails now 4/30 on sale for $238.20 on their website that does fit under an airline seat. I hope this helps. The dimensions of my bag is: Height:US 14"; Width:17.5"; Depth: 8.8" Weight: 8.5 lbs. while the Transcend TU315 Rolling Cabin Bag dimensions are : Height: US 13.5 in.; Width 15.5 in.; Depth 9.5 in; Weight 6.3 lbs.
