Question:	Will this work with a Nintendo switch
Answer:	I'm not 100% sure but I feel like we used this set with my boys chromebooks and it worked. We've had a few headsets so I cant be 100% sure that it was this set. But if your chromebooks have the 3mm, it should work. I will say that I bought 2 of these last year (September 2019), one doesn't work and the other one the sound doesn't come through the ear pieces already.

I would imagine it will work with the new Xbox X/S as the controllers for Xbox One are compatible with the Next Gen console. Answer:	If you are referring to the USB Port that comes with this keyboard and Mouse Combo it is LOCATED ON THE BOX WHERE THE FLAPS FOLD ON THE CARDBOARD BOX THAT THIS UNIT CAME IN. WHEN YOU OPEN THE BOX, THE USB PORT IS ON THE INNER FLAP OF THE BOX. IT HAS A LITTLE SLIT CUT INTO THE FLAP and the USB Port is located right there. If some of the keys are not working it sounds like you have it already located the USB Port, which in that case you may need to return it. The 1st one I purchased wouldn't come on at all even with brand new batteries that came with it so I had to return it for a quick replacement which they sent me the next day. Over-all, this is an excellent keyboard and worth the money so I didn't mine waiting an extra day for my return. The second one I received was perfect. Good Luck, but if only part of the keyboard is working it sounds like an electrical problem or defective keyboard and I recommend requesting a replacement and send the broken one back at no extra charge. You can speak with Amazon on chat and they will set up a pickup of the old one, or you can use the drop box for returns at a drop off location in your area but make sure you contact Amazon prior to your return so they can issue you the replacement or refund.

Answer:	I'm not sure if there is a driver for this headset. I tried to find one as some responses/forums for the A60 claimed to have gotten a CD with the purchase. SADES webpage is useless. I'm not sure what you need a driver for, but I needed to adjust the base/treble settings for Overwatch. The base was a little to loud and I couldnt hear the highs clearly enough. What I ended up doing was that I downloaded a program, Equalizer APO from sourceforge. There are several GUI (interfaces) that you can use for this such as PEACE. you can youtube instructional videos on how to use this.

Question: Why can't I hear the game audio sound as well as partner talks from the mic when hooking it up to the xbox 360?
