Answer:	My experience is with the 14” bike. Having read reviews with the chain falling off or the training wheels loosening, I first loosened the back wheel. I then put a piece of wood between the frame and the back wheel. I used the wood as a lever to make the chain taut, and then tightened the nut as I kept tension on the wood. I then attached the training wheels. We have had this bike over 4 months, I have never had an issue with the chain.

Answer:	Check the front wheel frame. It should be pointed out to the front. If it is pointing toward the back your feet will hit the tire when you turn.

Answer:	It does not scratch easily. My guess is that the paint is baked in which would make it impossible to scratch. I love the colors on the bike. The black spokes won't rust although I keep it inside.

Question:	Im only 4 "11 is this bike gona be too tal for me? My son says i need a smaller bike
Answer:	The bike comes with 26 inch wheels. But manufactured with different frame sizes. The smallest is 15 inch Frame Size for Pearson with a minimum inseam of 28 inches.
Question:	What size inner tub does this tire take? It popped
Answer:	1.95 2.05 2.125 either inner tube for 24-inch tires listed on sidewall of tire.
Question:	I bought it and it came broken one piece what should I do now
Answer:	I took the bike to a professional to put together. I live in the Caribbean so there are lots of bike specialist here. If you live in the US and you can pay extra so that it comes put together I think you should take that option. My husband is great but why take the chance:)
Question:	What is the inseam for the 24 inch wheels / 15 inch frame
Answer:	24" Escalate , 15" frame the inseam suggestion would be 25"-30"

Answer:	I'm 5 6 and it's pretty nice bike I mean I like it real good but if you say you're 511 might go is a 27.5 but you 26in Roadmaster is good sturdy bike

Answer:	The bike is partially assembled. All you have to do is put on the tires, handle bars, seat, reflectors and peddles. All brakes and gears are put together already. Its packaged very nicely and with instructions. May need a little more air in tires but they are inflated in the box.
