Answer:	These items will be VERY useful but they are not needed to use the machine you will do just fine without them. The Precision Base Plate simply makes it so you can cut intricate dies cleaner and thicker materials than you can't normally cut with wafer thin dies. The Impressions pad and Silicone rubber are sold separately but are meant to be a set and are both needed to use stencils and texture plates in your machine or to emboss with cut n emboss dies, but they are not needed for texture folders or dies and you can wait on that purchase until you really need them. The same goes for the magnetic platforms, they are really nice to have but are a want not a need.

Answer:	The chain itself is about 5/8", so as long as you can get that around the pipe you should be good. The handle needs south 90 degrees of motion to cut, under a car you usually have more than 90 (not quite 180 but somewhere between that and 90) but in a tight space like between a fender and gas tank you may not. In a tight situation like that you more than likely can only use a sawsall or smaller type tool.

Answer:	Well I looked in my box where I keep the tool, and there was no paperwork there. I looked where I file tool directions and manuals and was not there either. So I'm thinking possibly the tool did not come with any directions or information. So what I can tell you is the wheels are held in place by press-fit pins. I do not think they are intending you to remove and replace wheels. If you could get wheels, it probably is possible to change them, but I have not tried it. This tool is meant for occasional use, and it works amazingly well. Like the description says, it is intended only for thin-wall metal tubing, such as exhaust piping. I used to cut and modify livestock gates (also the pipe fencing that is like the gates) and it worked superbly. I don't think it is intended for any production use, as they would then have made wheel changing obvious. I wouldn't worry about dulling the wheels, just work carefully and oil them as you go, should be good for many many cuts. Really good quality tool, worth the money. A lifesaver.
