Answer:	Succulents seem to grow in just about anything and do not need a lot of moisture once they have rooted. Coir by contrast is very good at retaining moisture as well as, shall I say, accepting moisture, i.e. it does not repel water when it is completely dry like other products do. Hence it is excellent for germinating seeds.

Answer:	I use it in lieu of potting soil in small window sill pots. It expands to 3 or 4 times its original size when watered, so you need to keep that in mind.

Answer:	You will need to add nutrients for the earthworms for be happy... compost would be a much better choice. This product was fantastic for my needs... light and small but with water became a big pile (wheelbarrow full, I guess) but I was just adding it to the top of a flower bed and then I added nutrients for the plants... I don’t believe this soil has any nutritional value for earth worms at all... if you need a huge pile, it might work if you add a little compost and then some quickly biodegrading items like bananas so the worms would grow quickly and multiply. That would be great for the students.

Answer:	People really gave you some weird answers. Smh what they mean by tinted is that it has a slight brown color (typically iron oxide). When it’s rubbed in you won’t be able to tell that it’s tinted. Typically mineral sunscreen will leave a white cast (it will make your skin look ghostly white), but because this is tinted it doesn’t leave a white cast. It doesn’t look or feel like makeup. It isn’t for a starter tan smh. It’s to prevent the white cast and offers people with melasma some protection from visible light. 👌🏼

Smelled like dirt or earth-soil, that was clean and fresh. In the past, there may have been a heavy scent from other labels. Buying Black Gold was a lucky guess. I've been using it ever since, both the regular and organic.

Answer:	I’ve never grown MJ but Perlite basically adds drainage (makes the soil dry out faster to prevent root rot) and promotes aeration (helps oxygen stay in the soil). I’ve had success using this type of Perlite with many indoor plants, including those that are know to be picky. It’s far better quality than the standard Miracle Grow you get at any Big Box store.
