Answer:	Neem oil spray every 7 to 10 days will kill the spider mites. I also purchased a plant from Amazon which came with the extra present of spider mites but the neem oil spray worked wonders!
Question:	I received my plant today but there’s no information about care and maintenance. Where do I find information about watering, fertilizer, lighting, etc
Answer:	Fertilize once a month during the growing season (March through September) as far as watering it depends on how much light it gets. Good rule of thumb is to put your finger down into the soil if soil is dried then you can water. I water mine roughly every three weeks. Some say less is more for this plant

Answer:	It was healthy enough to produce new growth. A lot of the leaves died off or came broken but it did begin to push out new growth relatively quickly. It was healthy but damaged.

It is a climbing, evergreen perennial vine that is perhaps most noted for its large perforated leaves on thick plant stems and its long cord - like aerial roots. Indoors it can be grown in the 6-8’ range. Mature leaves of this plant are very large, glossy, deep green and distinctively cut and perforated. Juvenile leaves are small and mostly uncut. You'll notice when its ready if the roots start creeping through the drainage holes of the pot or if the plant is having a hard time drinking its water because the the roots are too tight and preventing it. Answer:	Interesting question. I will relate my experience: all plants received the same care and so far 1 has died. Was it from overwateing/underwatering? I don't know. I've had the terrarium for @2 months. Still pleased with it. The other plants are thriving.

Answer:	I have come to find that the majority of these plants do not do well in full sun. If fairy garden is in well shaded area all day or on a roofed structure like porch or similar, they should do well.

Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by the new version. But what you see is what you get. I was very pleased with the plant.

Answer:	Only water plant with rain water or distilled water bought at grocery. Bottle water is next best . Salts in water is what causes the brown spots and tips. Also up the humidity around this plant with a pebble tray full of water or a humidifier. Keep moist as soon as top frys out put don’t let roots stay soaked must have drain holes in pot. Likes bright light in house . It’s a type of prayer plant so leaves move inward st night

Answer:	You likely need more humidity. These plants require at least 50% humidity, preferably more. Especially in the winter months, it can be difficult to keep your home humid enough. Perhaps invest in a humidifier or two.

Answer:	To restrict the spread of fire ants and invasive insect species that may come from out of state. CA has strict laws.

Answer:	These plants are all nicely filled out and large for the pots they're shipped in. The peace lily, the largest was 12' tall when it arrived. I replanted each into 6" pots so they would have room to grow. I bought Miracle Grow potting soil. Mine are all thriving.
