Answer:	I am not sure what the 700 looks like, but I have 2 B&D mice and they fit both of them. B&D usually comes in a two piece pad, and these are one piece. This feature keeps them from coming apart when switching grits as the B&D often does. Also if you have dust collection, the holes do not line up with the B&D's. These pads last a long time. Jim S

Answer:	These plant lamps are LED lights, the output power is only 15 watts equivalent 80 watts incandescent light bulb, so they will cost very little, and it seems they do not release heat to air, that's more safe and quite good for me.

Answer:	Mine flickered a bit when I first started using it. It turned out that the USB connector that plugs into the included charging block wasn't seated properly (I didn't plug it in snugly). I just unplugged the USB connector, made sure it was clean, plugged it back in, and the flicker is no more. Be advised that the included charging block will get very hot after a few hours if you lay it on a soft surface like carpet or any kind of cloth. Make sure to lay the charging block on a hard surface and that it is not covered up, etc., so that it can dissipate heat.
Question:	Why is it that other sellers are selling this exact same light but they say it’s 40 watts instead of 80 watts like you are stating
Answer:	The picture of the input says 5V and 2A, 5x2=10. This is a 10 watt max led light, per their own specs. They can say "comparable" to 40 watt incandescent, but that depends on who is doing the comparison. It cannot be anything more than 10Watts since that is the amount of input.
