Answer:	This is the head of the tool to be placed on a pole designed for trimming. The head is about 18 inches long. I use it on a 18ft pole. A very good product that is durable.

Answer:	This is a common problem with these pruners. The bulk of the time its due to debris or stickiness buildup on the blade and/or hook. Over time the spring will also get weak but can be easily replaced for a couple dollars. Despite the issue these are great pruners, the issue just goes with the territory.

Answer:	No. I had to by the head attachment separately. Some people wedge the pole saw blade in between the pruner head and pruner blade, though I’m not a fan of that technique.

Answer:	The top (nearest the teeth) hole is 7.8mm in diameter. The three "arc" holes are oval (w/ parallel sides), 6mm long by 5mm wide. The center-to-center distance from the "top" to each "arc" hole is 14mm. There is a second 7.8mm hole below the three "arc" holes, it is 23mm from the "top" hole. FWIW, it fits just fine on my very old (unknown brand) pole pruner. Plus, there are free returns.

Answer:	In central Wisconsin we planted this in a very shady area where we had mostly moss growing because the grass just could not grow there. It has done very well and filled in everywhere except an area of about a five foot radius directly beneath a large sugar maple tree. The patch there is probably due also to the nutrients and water being consumed by the tree. We were prepared for failure with this but were pleasantly surprised by how well it filled in. We have very extreme temperatures and this has not been a problem. It is also an attractive grass (blade thickness) and germinated well, grew quickly with adequate watering. Took a second summer to fill in to a dense cover after planting in late summer.
Question:	can be use with the JA-34 big mouth pruner
Answer:	I think I may have made a mistake and used this. I have cool season grass but I don’t think it is tall fescue. I have more bluegrass than anything.
Question:	Are wood poles lighter 6 foot
Answer:	Dead, but.... I live in central Florida and this grass came up great and then died during the summer heat. I planted it again in November, again it came up very well, and it looks pretty good now. I'm hoping it will live through March when I sell my house. I know it will not survive the summer heat here in Florida. It is not a southern grass. I have no complaints about the seed. It's just not suited for the deep south.

Answer:	Answer: The biggest stuff you can fit in it without binding. I used 5/16 or 3/8 braided cord, and a 3-section fiberglass pole. The pole had a threaded end for attaching tools for changing light bulbs, so I built it up with duct tape until it had a snug fit, then taped over the union with more duct tape. I was able to reach up a little over 25 feet, and cut away vines hanging from a huge Ash tree. It took a terrific amount of effort, and the pole flexed so much that it would have snapped if I hadn't been so careful.
