Question:	For those who use this for Winters in the South, do you use a portable heater in it as well? Also, it protects the plants to what temp in Winter
Answer:	I use a portable heater with a thermostat control when the temp is below freezing. Last year the outside temp got as low as 26/29 degrees and I had it full of potted plants and did not loose any they did very well. I hung a thermostat from the ceiling and one down low and after a couple of cold spells I learned what I needed to do.
Question:	What is the size of the poles
Answer:	This product is TERRIBLE on a grand scale. The poles are made of flimsy aluminum and can not handle any wind even when staked in the ground. When you try to put it together if any part of the frame is held in a position it doesn't like for more than 20 seconds it completely distorts the shape forever. It's much cheaper buying 2 x 4's and PVC (if you don't have strong winds) and building one yourself.
Question:	can stand rainforce in houston weather
Answer:	I live in Manvel, Tx south of Houston and yes it withstands the wind and rain. Even though I end up praying the whole night it is still standing in the morning. I don't know if it will withstand Hurricane winds but I bought mine Sept 2018 and it has withheld every storm so far and I am using it as we speak EVERY day, I am in and out all day and I tell you minus the zipping and unzipping every day and the tears from my animals, I absolutely LOVE this greenhouse!!

Question:	How does this withstand hail and wind? I live in Wyoming so we get a lot of wind
Answer:	It is still in the box. I ordered too late to need it this year but look forward to using it next winter. I would not think it would withstand hail of any size and as far as wind I intend to put it on my deck against the back south wall of my house which is protected from wind. If I have it up and hail is expected I will lay a tarp over it for protection (tying it down).

You can also clean the top with soap and water. The advantage of this greenhouse is that it can be set up and taken down quickly unlike piece together units. Answer:	Hi, many of our customers used the greenhouse during the winter to protect their plants. The greenhouse will trap heat from the day, however you would likely need a supplemental heat source for below freezing temperatures. If there's moisture in the air inside the greenhouse, it can condense and freeze so be sure to ventilate during the day. Definitely do not use an open flame heat source. Question:	I live in dallas - i'm wanting a greenhouse that i can put my potted palms, bouganvilleas in for protection from freeze. is this going to work
Answer:	Temps in Dallas are erratic in Jan and February. Very windy with short but serious dips in temp. This greenhouse will work if anchored to the ground well, and with a small heater when january temps are known to drop into the teens.
Question:	What do you do with the string and wire
Answer:	The wires are anchors. You push the straight end into the ground and the hooked end clamps over the bottom of the frame. Use the string to tie the bottom frame even more securely to the anchor. This helps keep the tent ion place in case of high winds. If you have ever been camping these are also called tent pegs (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tent_peg) and serve the same purpose. I did not use the anchors. Instead I bought two of these from Home Depot ($2 dollars and change) and placed them across the bottom at the left and right front corners. Question:	If in winter time temperature will be 20 degrees, plants will survive inside
Answer:	I use a greenhouse of this type every year and have found a great trick. Fill old one gallon bottles with water and then cap them tightly. Spray paint each bottle with flat black paint - 2 coats is good. Place these black bottles around the floor of the greenhouse with most of them on the sunny side. Viola! Instant free solar heaters! And yes, they will release an impressive amount of warmth through the night and in cold snaps to keep those tender plants happy.

Answer:	It can be....I️ took another person’s suggestion and placed the round cement stepping stones in the corners(on the bottom of the steel shelf frame) inside. Works great!

Answer:	This would be rather small, the top roof is as high as my hips. You'd needs to sit on the ground cris-cross applesauce or lay flat on the ground to achieve any level of comfort. You may want to look at a larger structure. Also, with this being plastic, I don't know how it would hold up with a space heater. But I applaud the idea. Sounds like great fun!
Question:	Will this product work on an inclined surface
Answer:	I suppose it would work on an incline as long as it is staked in place. It's constructed similar to a pop-up tent without a bottom/floor, and somewhat flexible.
Question:	Why do you keep sending the unsat 2 door vs 4 door model
Answer:	You would half to contact the merchant to answer that. I think they only have 2 door left and the ad shows the 2 door, but some of the description talks about the 4 door. Very confusing.

    Beyond happy with the size and construction of this greenhouse. Assembly is quite simple, as the entire greenhouse is a well stitched together single piece, so it really is like a pop up tent that you just have to run two tentpoles through. Just make sure to run them through the beltloop in the center or you'll have to redo it like I did (there are instructions, I just didn't read them).



    It also happened to be almost the exact size of my raised bed veggie patch, so I was able to fit the entire structure over the bed which should really help with insulation. It also comes in a vinyl zip up bag and it collapses down well, so it should be easy to store during summer.



    Would highly recommend this piece if you're looking to spend/get more out of a small hoophouse.

Question:	Can it be used without the plastic cover until the winter comes? I live in Texas and I think the plastic cover will not do good to my plants at 92° Fa
Answer:	Yes. I am in Florida, I understand. We bought mesh material and made windows to allow airflow for the summer, but still keep the squirrels and bunnies out of our vegetables. In the cooler months we can still close up the windows with the flaps we created. Working so far. But, yes, it is simply open if the cover is not on the frame.
Question:	How can I get a peplacement cover
Answer:	I don't know, but I would look up the manufacturer and start there

Answer:	No I haven't had any problems, mine was secured on my deck for the winter. You would have to put landscaping timbers inside around bottom to secure the bottom tight to keep creatures out.

Answer:	The bottom is open. It comes with 6 stakes to hold it down. It’s not optimal for indoor use although you could make adjustments to use indoors. Overall, it’sa great product.

Answer:	I am in the Charleston, SC area and it works great where I am. Don't have to deal with snow here though. I have one over a small goldfish pond with Papyrus and some other tropical plants and they have stayed green the whole winter and kept the water temp above 55 degrees.
Question:	Is this big enough for a tomato cage to fit under
Answer:	The regular green tomato cages sold at big home improvement/garden stores, yes it should fit. In ground only. Over a pot will not fit. Anything taller than that won't fit most likely. Measure the tomato cage to make sure. Mini green house measurements are in the description.

Answer:	I was looking at this myself for ferals. I haven't purchased yet, but I would definitely put a couple of "K&H Pet Products Extreme Weather Outdoor Kitty Pad, Heated, For Indoor and Outdoor Use Black Small 12.5 X 18.5 Inches 40W" in there and ensure it's secured/weighted to the ground.

Question:	Could this be used as a temporary outdoor bird aviary
Answer:	I don't know what qualities a bird aviary should have but I'm pretty sure that this would not be suitable. It is all plastic which might make it too hot for the birds, and might be suffocating for them too if closed tightly. It is not big enough for any big birds and may not be spacious enough if there were several birds.
Question:	can I use this without any shelves? Just the green house
Answer:	I don't see why not. The shelves just give more space for more pots for planting...they can only hold so much weight. I live in Ohio and plan on taking it down for the winter. Not sure it will hold up to high winds and snow. I am very pleased with the greenhouse!
Question:	How many steaks to hold it down in 120mph winds? we tend to get them gully gusts that are bad. how does the plastic hold up? worth or worthless
Answer:	I don't think the greenhouse could withstand 120 mph winds no matter how it was secured. Our usage for the greenhouse was to get our plants through the winter. I added a space heater and secured the 4 corners to our wooden deck with conduit clamps. Both the greenhouse and the plants are thriving despite a very unseasonably cold winter. Might have had a slight period of 30 mph winds but that's about it. Well worth the money and better than I had hoped.
Question:	Can I winter my potted plants in here with some heat lamps
Answer:	I don't know because the zipper broke the very first time we tried to close it after erecting the frame (somewhat tedious) and installed the shelves. Because we had gone to so much trouble already and I needed it for that night, we used duct tape to try to get through the night and keep my plants from freezing. The next day I emailed the seller asking if we could swap out just the tarp. I was informed we had 2 choices, either return the whole product for a refund/replacement or a $5 refund if we wanted to keep it. We can either dismantle the greenhouse and my plants will die or I can get a $5 refund on about a $115 very damaged greenhouse. I am beyond furious. This is a lousy product and the customer service is even worse.
