Answer:	U can turn off LED i have galaxy s10e. So im not sure how to on the note 10. Answer:	Had the same issue. It was hard to find, but the Phonesoap Troubleshooting page (video, not Q&A) has the issue. Indeed says a red light is a "cracked bulb or other critical error". I looked very carefully, and the 2 top bulbs (on the Pro) are exposed bulbs and not protected by clear plastic like the bottom bulbs. Indeed there was a very fine crack. Contacted Phonesoap support, and after confirming my order are shipping a brand new unit. Nice!

Answer:	https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24060701 It is well-established that UV light kills microbes. I am a microbiologist and I have not seen any literature suggesting otherwise... and this would be big news to the scientific community.

Answer:	I have not tried the USB port for charging so I can not answer your question. However on several occasions I have tried to use the “QI” feature to charge my GS9. The phone displays the charging icon but does not charge the phone. Disappointed I was hoping that feature would work. PS: Tried with and without a phone case, displays icon does not charge. I routinely use the “QI” function with other chargers and charges with case on.
