Question:	With the plastic lids attached and closed, the contact on the switch does not engage. How do I bypass the switch so the motor will run without them
Answer:	The nuts and bolts that hold the hinge to the steel motor assembly may have rattled loose. I just had that same problem, with the safety switches not closing properly. Tightening all 8 screws that hold the 4 hinges to the center frame fixed the problem.

Question:	I have the 4 frame unit and had it tip over. I broke one of the clear lids do you sell parts
Answer:	This is my suggestion to you. Save all of the broken pieces. Tape them together, Try to locate a business that sells "Plex-e-glass, take your broken lid there and ask them if they would cut you a piece of "Plex-e-glass" and drool all of he holes in it, using the broken lid/cover as the pattern. Bussiness that sell window glass may be your first place to contact. If you have the tools you could cut the piece of flex-e-glass if not have the company do ever thing for you.

Answer:	Don’t buy this. There support team sucks, If u have an issue they will keep Blowing u off so u can’t get anything fixed, Mine basket shaft was bent and they won’t replace it. I would look for a different company to buy from..

Answer:	Absolutely. That’s exactly what I bought it for...to fill bags for heat and cold therapy... just remember to use 100% pure cotton cloth and thread to make them. It also helps to put a little cup of water in the microwave with it...keeps it from burning over time.

Answer:	I don't know the actual gauge, but it is not thin and is adequate for its purpose. If I was to offer a comparison; It is as thick as a smooth sided 55 gallon drum.
Question:	is it a radial spinner
Answer:	From the photos, this is what is called a Tangential Extractor. The frames face outward and must be flipped around halfway through the extraction process to clear out both sides. For a Radial Extractor, the frames go in like spokes on a wheel and do not need to be flipped in order for both sides to be emptied. Typically radial extractors are larger (are build to hold more frames) and are more expensive.

These hold 12 fluid ounces. 12 ounces of honey is approximately a pound (or 16 weight ounces). Also, a pint is 16oz which makes this is in-between a 1/2 pint and full pint if you do canning measurements.

Answer:	Hi Nancy - I've never used the uncapping bins that way - I imagine it'd take quite a while if you're just hanging frames in there. The cappings drain overnight. The only issue I have is there's a thin layer of honey left that doesn't drain out the honey gate. You have to tip the tubs up and you're still left with a lot of honey inside. I was told to save that honey to mix with water to feed back to your bees and then put the sticky tubs out for the bees to clean up, just don't leave too much honey or they'll get stuck. Hope this helped.

Answer:	This container is good for propping the frames while uncapping. It really doesn't strain. Just collects the wax and honey which you can then run through a strainer.

Question:	Can a drill be used to spin
Answer:	It can be used. You just cannot stop it from spinning. Even with the handle it continues to spin because of the gearing.
