Answer:	this attachment is an adapter to go from "3 pt hitch" to "universal skid steer" type quick connect. this does not fit on a tractor front end loader. and it is a category 1 hookup. a JD 4440 is a cat 111 or some adapt to a cat 11. so my initial answer is no. but if you have enough ingenuity and welding skills you can make it fit whatever you want.
