Question:	I cannot get this card to work with windows 10, is there a solution
Answer:	Yes, I have this sound card and Windows 10 (1803 build - April, 2018) and have figured out how to make it (and many other older drivers) work. Doesn't matter what driver as long as you know what OS it was written for; Windows 8, 8.1, 7, XP etc. 1) Locate the driver you want to install. 2) Right click on the driver and select Troubleshoot Comparability. 3) Choose the option that lets you select the OS version that previously worked (the OS the driver was written for). 4) Install the driver. Windows 10 will ask to restart, so restart. When restarted go to Device Manager and look under 'Sound, video and game controllers'. The driver should now appear there. Windows 10 has made everything from networking computers off-line to installing drivers difficult. However, most things are still possible you just have to figure them out. My SIIG IC-510012 driver works perfectly on Windows 10 despite having no version or support for 10. I just run the Windows 7 version that previously worked. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The resolution will be the same as the graphic card is capable to handle. Also will depend on your monitor resolution. If you have a 4k monitor you can get the maximum resolution. If you have a regular monitor you will get the max that the monitor can handle. Another thing will be define by your graphic card is how many monitors you can have that will be able to handle the same resolution.

Answer:	I have not found a way to independently lower it from the other 2 monitors. The attachment of the 3 monitor holder piece to the vertical pole is the only way to raise or lower the entire 3 monitor holder piece, using the several holes running up and down that pole.

Question:	Hello, Can you confirm me that the one you have left has the Texas Instruments chip? I realy need it because of this. I need to buy it now, thank u
Answer:	Yes, this one has the TI chip in it. This allowed me to successfully use my card with a RME Fireface 800 audio interface...However, I would caution using firewire with Windows 7 since it has been a complete nightmare. I am in the process of downgrading to an inferior audio interface with USB. I have done considerable damage to my computer trying to make this work with Win 7. Constant freezes/crashes/blue screens. Lately I cannot get the computer to boot up in anything but safe mode.
Question:	I'm not a genius at building computers, but is there anything else I will have to buy to integrate this into my pc build? Or is it plug and go
Answer:	I wouldn't want to put this into a new computer build. Firewire is very sketchy with windows 7 and up. Drivers were rewritten and they are problematic. Legacy drivers can be a short term fix but this technology is not being supported. When you install the computer should automatically install drivers but you are going to have to mess with drivers to get this working without crashing on many operating systems...

Question:	does it have a 3" or a 41/2" support bracket? is it for a 4 or 6 pin cable? and is itwindows 7, 64 bit compatible
Answer:	My unit is by SIIG. It is installed in a standard sized rack mounted computer, not a mini system. I assume this means the mounting bracket is 4.5". My experience is limited to standard sized desktop or mid tower computers. I've never used a smaller sized mounting bracket for a PCI or PCIe card. The connecting cable used had 6 pins on both ends. I ran it with Windows XP Professional but the original box claims compatibility with Windows 7, 32-64 bit versions. The card worked fine for me.

Answer:	I use windows 7, but on the siig website it says it’s comparable with windows 10.
