Question:	is there a warranty for the pen? how do i make a claim
Answer:	A baking soda/water solution takes the smell/taste out of almost all items - plastic or metal. If this doesnt do the trick, put in a couple spoons of baking soda then pour in vinegar - do this in sink as mixture foams up. Will smell like apples!!! (Also works great to not only remove odors from thermoses, but cleans out the build up left from repeated use for coffee/tea. Freshens drains as well!) Let sit for several minutes then wash as usual. Hope this does the trick for you!!! 🍏🙂🍏
Question:	Does this write upside down? Ive seen some that do
Answer:	I wouldn't make a hot drink in it. I don't think it would melt, but I'd burn my hand.

Answer:	I have not placed mine in the freezer. The plastic is pretty durable so I would think if you allowed for normal scientific expansion of let's say water, it would be ok? But I have NOT done it myself. This isn't a plastic easily crumpled like a water bottle one would buy in a convenient store. Its thick.
Question:	How are the airlines about bring these on board
Answer:	The diameter across the bottom is 2 3/8" and the circumference in 8 1/2". The bottle starts to flare out about 4" above the bottom. It's a great bottle -- no after-taste of plastic even if it's in a hot car for awhile. Hope this info helps you.

Question:	What is the pen's metal casing like, is it durable
Answer:	I have a black color pen and use it daily. Over time, the color coating will wear off (in small batches and especially around the area where the cap closes at the body), and reveals a bronze-like color beneath. At other scratched areas at the top of the cap, the underlying color is a metallic gray. But it still looks nice and I continue to use as one of my many daily carries.

Answer:	The question is imprecise. Any fountain pen ink is suitable for use in this pen. Waterman, Diamine, J. Herbin, Robert Oster, etc., etc. Any bottle that says Fountain Pen Ink will do.

Answer:	This is the same plastic they use for their Premier line of "tupperware" containers that are microwave safe, and this is also dishwasher safe so can obviously withstand hot water. But like J said previously, for any bottle not just this one, you might want to open the bottle carefully and relieve any possible pressure built up after you shake it.
