Question:	Is eraser on top of the pencil
Answer:	Yes. It is a very nice folder. Nice leather. However, I felt that for my use the corner protection was not adequate for me. I take my ipad out of the case frequently, to pass it around to colleagues or just to use it without the folder. I have a tendency to fumble it, and so I wanted good protection for my ipad when it is outside the folder. So I bought a case, one of the ones that the ipad snaps into. It has rubber inside and a hard plastic shell. It still fits into the folder, and the folder zips shut. For me that is the best solution. You may not need the additional hard case case as I feel that I do.

Answer:	I don't know if the Parker company has any recommendation about it's ink "expiring." I've never had a bottle of Quink "turn bad."

Answer:	is water based but i would not drink it , nayeli, even if the manufacturer does not place a warning, but i have been using this ink since the early 1970's and have not died, maybe that answers the question too...:)

Answer:	I've only used it in fountain pens, but it should work well in an inkwell. It's relatively quick drying though, so be careful not to leave it out and uncovered for long.

Answer:	dear juan: this is one of the best inks in the market ever , made in france despite the parker name, is good for any fountain pen and keeps you pen in decent shape without leaving unwanted residue plus is very good looking on the right kind of paper, though i am not too old i have been using quink since the 1960´s, without regrets, even if i try some new ink every now and then (J herbin would be a good recommendation or waterman) always come back to quink because its excellent quality and fair price, amazon is the best place to buy it!

Answer:	The leads will fit multiple manufacturers mechanical pencils. You just have to buy the mm size yours uses. And the second question that might be asked in that statement; No, there is no eraser refills with this package it is just the Lead
Question:	The tip looks plastic,doesn't it
Answer:	I did not order the 1.3mm packs. I ordered the 0.3, and they have 60 leads in each of two packs, for a total of 120 leads. Since the 1.3mm leads are much larger, there will be less in each pack, probably 24 is the number, so you would have a total of 72 leads. When several size leads are advertized under one heading, the numbers change when you click on the size lead you are ordering. Therefore, the number would not have said 120 leads in 3 containers (which would be 40/container) with 1.3 lead. It's very important to read the information again when you click on the size you order. 60 1.3 leads won't fit in the same size container that will hold 60 0.3 leads, so go by what the container says for the size you bought. It says 24, so you are getting 24 leads per container in that size.
Question:	Is the lead strong and break resistance
Answer:	I did not buy the 2B leads, I purchased the HB leads. Generally speaking, HB is considered a medium lead, similar to a wooden #2 pencil. 2B leads would be softer and darker and should write very smoothly, with a dark line, but since I have not used the Bild 2B, I can't say how they write. However, in theory they should write softer and darker. Bild is a good brand, I would not hesitate to purchase their leads. If you want a darker, softer lead than than the more traditional HB, 2B should suit the need very well. Keep in mind, the thinner the lead, the more breakage, so 2B in a .3mm pencil is going to break more than harder lead, but will give a very noticeably darker line.

Question:	I have read that we should pull out the eraser to insert new lead but it is very hard to remove the eraser. Any advice
Answer:	Yea they are non-toxic and acid-free. The pens are in gel ink not water-based or oil-based, so the writng is waterproof and not easy to fade over time when you write on the standard paper mateial like the A4 and also the pens are fast dry. If you write on paper covered with film, it's not easy to write with.
Question:	My order only came with 3 pencils, what am I supposed to do
Answer:	The colored gel pens use the premium water-based ink so it is water-resistant when write on the normal A4 paper material. For the cards with glossy surface, the gel ink is not so easily to be absorbed into the paper, so the water-resistance is not so good as the A4 paper material.
Question:	Has anyone used these Velocity pencils on a scantron test with success? I'd rather use these than a #2 wood pencil due to recent hand surgery

Question:	Are these refillable or use and throw
Answer:	Not sure what pigment pay off is??? But, all of the lead is black, there is no colored lead. It comes off nicely on paper. You can easily read it and erase it with a good eraser. Not sure if this is what you were asking....but, I tried!!

Answer:	I have the old version, did not know anything about a new version so sorry I can't answer that part, but I do like the version I am using very much...I like the harder leads and the different colors are nice....

Answer:	Yes, the .09 is darker than the .07 It also does not break as easy. The writing difference that you see reminds me of the difference of writing with a fine point pen (0.7) and a bold (0.9)
