Answer:	Fill a bowl with water and soap and agitate in the water to remove any blood, skin, sebum in the device as always alcohol will not remove this. Be careful not to hit the needles against the sides of container, and then rinse with water. You can then leave it in 70% alcohol solution for several minutes, remove from alcohol and allow to dry. Clean with alcohol as well. This is the suggested method for the .5mm or greater, but still seems like a good idea.

Question:	Why is this one cheaper than the purple case of the same model and brand
Answer:	After comparing the pink to the purple...the pink one has two bigger 0.29 Derma rollers. The 1200 needle and the one that is 12 needle, use for topical skin ( nose?). But I found out that I need at least the 0.50 or 0.75 or even bigger to work on wrinkles. Pink less in cost, bigger roller and nose thing. Purple offers less with higher costs.

Answer:	The smell is very strong and the tea tree oil is really high up in the ingredient list. I bought this for my face but I ended up using it on my feet at night. I love it as a foot cream.
Question:	How many times do you use it in a day
Answer:	It depends what you’re using it for...but, on a rash on your leg or arm for example, after a shower, apply it on the itchy dermatitis and if you can let the area be exposed to air for awhile, so it won’t rub off on clothing, that’s ideal. I would reapply after an hour. My experience had been that there is no problem reapplying several times. It’s soothing. After a couple days the rash improves and you are encouraged to keep up the process. I really love this creme.

Answer:	I have used this cream for years, and yes, the color does change. Sometimes it's white, sometimes it's brown. The first time I received a brown/tan one I contacted the company and they said it was due to the natural ingredients, which vary in color. I have used all colors and the cream is the same; it's all in my mind when the cream is brown and I put it on my white skin that it might show up brown (it doesn't).
