Question:	Can text be programmed to scroll vertically instead of horizontal
Answer:	Yes.
Question:	What is the length of the message that can be displayed
Answer:	I am not sure the actual number of characters allowed for a message. We bought this for a campground to notify campers of events. We entered each event separately and selected which ones we wanted to display. At one point we had several messages tagged. They each ran one after the other. The directions are not really clear but once we played with it and figured it out it was great! The campers loved it!
Question:	Can you display current julian date
Answer:	Not 100% sure - I think it shows date/time only in one basic format but it's been almost a year since I bought it and maybe the software has been upgraded.

Answer:	Hi Benton - Thanks for your question. We use the brightest LEDs available, but there is no manmade light that can compete with the sun - hence the sleeve around traffic lights for example. If you have a southern exposure & hang it high and behind the tint you should have no problem. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, you can return the sign within 30 days. Enjoy!
Question:	I have an iphone xr running 13.3 software. i’m just setting this up and when i try to connect via bluetooth it says it’s not supported. what’s wrong
Answer:	The app and your sign connect to each other automatically. Please completely close the app, and unplug the sign. Then open the app and plug the sign in. There is a large amount of data that has to be communicated so the connection may take 15-20 seconds. Do not toggle away from the app during connection. Thanks!

Answer:	We hung our sign in a window directly above an electrical outlet. The chain we strung on a thin wire that is attached to each side of the window frame so it is in the center of the window. The electric cord we just let dangle and now it is behind a shelf unit so it is covered. It has a switch for on/off on the cord. It was easy to hang and we love our sign. Hope this helps.

Press the CLOSED button. 6. Press PROGRAM to complete the programming process.
