Answer:	Im sure its not , it was hatachi rebranded . But its old school meaning you put a couple drops of oil in air inlet for lubrications. Modern ones are a dry system and if you dont have a good water trap on your compreesor , the moisture will ruin them quickly . I ruind z3 other brands before i figured this out . I use stapler daily at work
Question:	Where do you purchase extra staples
Answer:	There are three measurements that define the size of staples; Thickness of the wire, length of the staple, and width of the staple. I assume you're asking about the 1/4" width of the staple, referred to as the crown width. I think a 1/4" crown stapler like this one would be fine for attaching carpet. You need to pick a staple length that is long enough to go through the carpet and penetrate into the wood stair tread far enough to hold. It's hard to say without seeing your carpet and the underlying wood, but I think a 5/8" long staple would be fine. 1/2" long would also work.

Answer:	The question confuses 2 different paper sizes. "Legal Size" is the name given to 8.5" x 14" paper, which has the same width as standard "letter size," but is 3 inches longer. Most sheet-fed scanners that scan ordinary "letter size" will be able to scan "legal size." Thus my ScanSnap S1500 (as well as the above-mentioned S1300i) easily scans legal-size paper.Another paper size, 11" x 14," which is both wider and longer than letter size, is sometimes used to make large photographic prints or small posters; as far as I know, it has no common name. Most consumer scanners (both sheet-fed and flat-bed) are NOT wide enough to scan this paper. Scanners that handle this size are much more expensive; commercial photocopy centers (and my local library) have these scanners.

How to staple on wood board or other hard surface?

You can use both hands to operate as shown in the picture. This method prevents rebounding and also increases the success rate, reduce the issue of stuck staples. Rotate the strength adjustment knob clockwise to the maximum force to ensure that the staple can be successfully entered.

(Need to be reminded that if you need to hit staples on very hard objects, it is recommended that you buy stronger staples.)
