Answer:	The Acorn company is based in Maine so I believe it is safe to say they are made in the US. I can not verify as mine were returned because of size.

Answer:	No, the insoles aren't removable. However, they are so soft & padded that I don't think you'll need them. I wear them all day when I'm in the house and my feet feel super comfortable.

Answer:	That must be a "typo". My slippers definitely have a moose embroidered on them!

Answer:	I have really high arches and have suffered in the past with plantar fasciitis and these slippers seem to work great for me..so yes, I would say they do have arch support. Since I've been working from home, I pretty much wear these all day and have had no pain...only comfort. In fact, these are the only slippers that seem to really work well for me.

Perhaps the medium is referring to the width, with medium being an average width as opposed to narrow or wide. The slipper is very nice, warm and comfortable - wearing them now:) Enjoy!

Answer:	They run big. Go down a half size. I am 5 1/2, but often buy 6 for width. I bought a 6 and they are so loose that they feel like they will fall off. They are new, out of the box and will also stretch since they are suede.

Answer:	I have no idea. I wear a W's 6 1/2 shoe and purchased a size 7 croc. This fits perfectly for me, so perhaps you need to size up to a 10 in women's.

Answer:	It is women's size. I wear a 61/2 shoe and ordered a 6. They fit great. They are comfortable and look much better than the original crocs. Only problem I have with them is all the holes. Sand sifts into them really easy so find must shake them out a lot.

Answer:	These are not men's sizes, but medium width in women''s sizes.
Question:	Im a women's size 11, what size of these should I order
Answer:	I wear a women's size 11 and a crocs' 10 has long fit perfectly. Literally, snug has a glove. However, I now need a bulky custom orthotic in all my shoes, which means I now have to wear one size up -- a 12D -- in all my regular shoes. The great thing is I can wear the orthotics in crocs, as well, and I wear the same 12 with them as the rest, though the croc is plenty roomy. So I wore I size down from 11 in a normal situation, while I now wear the same size crocs as shoes. The one difference now is that I have to wear a 12 wide with the inserts in regular shoes, while the croc is a regular width and spacious. Go figure. I think the best shot is to order and try one your regular size while making sure the seller has a good return policy and is generally reliable (by reading lots of reviews).

Answer:	If you can return, please do. Mine stretched in the width so much, they are impossible to walk in unless I shuffle. My feet come out of them if I walk. Mine did not stretch in the length, only in the width. I should have returned them.
Question:	sizing for a 9.5-10 shoe should i get large or XL
Answer:	I think you should stay with 9.5 because they will stretch enough! Hope this helps.

Question:	I cannot wear wool in other clothing. Does anyone know if the shoes will also bother my feet
Answer:	I don’t know why the wool in the shoes would be any different. If you wear non-wool socks it might help.
Question:	Is the arch low? I have berkinstock sandals and am wondering if the arch is the same or more support. Thanks
Answer:	I think they offer more support since they are a clog as opposed to a sandal. They are very comfortable & seem to mold to your foot. Highly recommend - on our 3rd pair!
Question:	Do these have the black tread sole or the lighter-color sole? Is the lighter sole "non-marking"? I have had the dark soles and they mark everything
Answer:	Mine have lighter color soles, and they leave no marks. Great clogs: warm, breathable, excellent arch support for all-day comfortable wear.
Question:	How are the sizes compared to US sizing
Answer:	I am almost always a size 9 US, 8.5 in Keds. I bought the size 39 (US size 8) in Grey and they are big on me. I'm going to put some insoles in them and they should be okay.
