Answer:	I don't know where to get a parts list for the stapler. To insert staples, on the back side of the stapler push the spring-loaded tab into the stapler, turn it 1/4 turn counterclockwise, then remove from the stapler. Slide the staples into the slot and reinsert the rod.

Answer:	Off hand I'd say no; because my guess is that you used an incorrect (brand or size) staple. That odd staple can easily jam it. I know, because it has happened to me. try to see if there is a jammed staple in the feed. IF you are very sure you have the correct staple then return it, once you are sure there is no other reason the stapler does not have some other obstruction. Good luck. It is a good stapler - if it works.
Question:	How do I load staples into a Bostitch P3 stapler
Answer:	This stapler uses size 10 staples, which means they are about 10 mm wide, with 5 mm prongs. That said, cardboard comes in far more thicknesses and varieties than staples do, so I really can't answer your question without knowing the thickness and variety of your cardboard. If it's 1/8" or thinner corrugated cardboard, then it might barely work, but it would crush your corrugation. If it's card stock of less than 200#, then it will probably work. If it's card stock of more than 200#s, it also might work, but a standard staple would hold better. If it's your typical corrugated cardboard you'd get in a shipping box, you would want an industrial stapler, of some sort, not this one. The best use of these staples that I've heard about is for use in drycleaners/laundromats, decorative stapling of small stacks of paper, or attaching thin materials quickly.

Question:	The description says 3 pack, does this mean 3 staplers? When I put in cart it appears to be only one stapler
Answer:	They are almost indestructible. I have found them out in a cornfield after kids lost them pollinating corn the next year. Multiple tillage and weather did not ruin them. They will on occasion get 2 or three staples jammed. I use a small blade pairing knife and wiggle them out. I suppose they do wear out after 10's of thousands of staples and then it's time to buy a new one. I have had over 10 of these P3 pliers over the last 20 years and I don't think there is a better one out there.

Question:	Will it use longer than 1/4" staples
Answer:	I use Stanley Bostitch Standard Staples, made in the USA. 5,000 premium quality staples. Product number 1-317BS . 110 staples per strip. An entire strip fits into the Rapesco. The fit is snug - no gap or wiggle room at all.
