While I wouldn't say it can't make nut butters, I would certainly advise you to consider spending more money for a better food processor. |

The holes are small enough to keep the grain in, and if you run the water fast, the water comes in faster than it drains out, so you can partially fill the bowl, which makes it better for rinsing. By changing the water flow rate, you can change the depth of water that builds up in the bowl. It works quite well this way. |
