Answer:

It's been a long time since I used this product so forgive me... I used it primarily for pet stains. After removing as much of the stain as possible, I took a damp cloth and soaked it with the stain remover. Applied it to the stain area and then covered it with plastic wrap. Then I put a vase or something heavy over the area and let it sit for a few hours. You're supposed to reapply product the next day but I never had to do so but the stain was completely gone. And the smell, too. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It was indeed a real Brother ink cartridge set, came in what I'd described as vacuum-packed plastic bag with the same manufacturers' logos as on brand ones I've bought. Answer:	Sorry not sure. Package says use up ink within 6 months from opening but also says use before expiration date on box which I did not get in original brother package. Did not buy case just couple cartridges. All I can say. Good day!

Answer:	They come vacuum packed, however, the package of 3 color cartridges clogged the print nozzles in my MCF-J615W and I had to run to Staple and buy "Genuine Brother" ink and the problem was solved. Pretty frustrating, but paying a bit more for an ink cartridge @ Staples is better than having a printer that will not print. My two cents.

Answer:	Hello, the yield stated by Brother Corp. is 7,000 pages, single sided, on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Note that Brother assumes only 5% coverage when testing for yields, and this is a bit low. It would be safe to assume a yield of 6300-6400 paged per cartridge. If you are printing items such as tax returns or images, it will be lower. Thanks.
