Answer:	There already is an inside message. If you know what you'e doing technically with your printer, I suppose it can be done. The paper is thicker, and you would have to be sure placement feed of card is correct and reset the printer to identify the type of paper stock of the Christmas card. I'd cut out a few fake paper cards of the size of the real Christmas card-- from regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper--and give it a try before I'd risk ruining a good card. Good luck!

Answer:	The inside is a smooth matte finish. The cards come flat and you have to fold them. They don't fold all black. Some white shows. I'm thinking of trying to finish with a magic marker. I like the cards but the fold is a drawback.
