Answer:	5160 is only compatible with laser printers. The 18260 will work with both laser and inkjet printers. Also the quantity is different. Both 5160 and 18260 us the same template for printing. We hope this helps!

Answer:	They are paper with a foil coating. Not sure how they will hold up to the elements.
Question:	Oops, in a rush to buy I overlooked these are just for laser printers. Would they work for inkjet as well or should I return & get another kind
Answer:	We applied this label to an enamel painted surface that is exposed to an industrial environment. After about three months of operation, we inspected the equipment and the label was intact. That is, we noticed no degradation of the film or printed information. I cannot say how long this label will last after years but my guess is that it would definitely be sufficient for long term use. Answer:	Hi Bethany, after talking this matter with my office people, they said that although laser labels print with inkjet printers, they take a little longer to dry properly, so you must be careful not to rub them right after printing.What you cannot do is print "inject labels only" with a laser printer. All in all, my opinion now after talking to my crew is, and I apologize for that, if you can still exchange them, do it.

Answer:	No it won't say sample on the top. The labels are blank & it only prints what is on your file to print. The reason this says sample here on this is so that someone can't try to take this actual online image & reproduce it as valid postage. That's all. Labels are totally blank :)

Answer:	I use stamps.com and you can either use the entire label and it will print he receipt on the send half or you can choose to just print the label. First time it will print the right side and on next order it will print on the left side or vica versa... but it will show you what is going to happen. So you can insert label properly in your printer. What I do is use both and save the other half and whenever it is the "top" side to print I use the half I hvae. as that is better then putting the used " curly" side in as it often causes paper jams. I have had no jams using when its top side and i us the "half with a label ready for printing.

Answer:	Yes you can. I do that when printing from eBay and PayPal both. Sometimes 2 labels, sometimes one. I save the remaining half pages and print on them the next time.
Question:	How do you print twice? For example you print one label and then few hours later you print one more
Answer:	I print my shipping labels directly from eBay's website (as part of the sellers shipping process after an item sells), using Google Chrome browser and it automatically prints to 1/2 page size on a 8.5x11 piece of paper. Then turn the page to use the other label the next time you print a label. Make sure it's on PORTRAIT mode (landscape mode prints the label much bigger and you won't be able to turn the page to use the other sticker).

Question:	How does Avery 18163 differ from
Answer:	Yes. I have written on these labels with a sharpie pen. It has not smudged off.
Question:	One pack is $4.44, but why 5 pack is $34? That doesn't make sense
Answer:	The Avery Labels come on a sheet that is fed into your printer. After printing your message on the labels, simly peel off of the sheet and place on the container. The adhesive is already applied to the back of the labels so there is no need to glue, paste or tape the labels. They are very easy to use and your printer fits the text on to the labels perfectly for a real professional look. We use many different sizes of labels in our home. This is a really great product. I used them at a Soup Party I hosted. The labels were used on plastic food containers that were placed in the freezer. They help up perfectly. I use them on glass jars after canning. I also use them on cellophane wrapping when I make my bar soaps for family and friends. hope this helps you.
Question:	Can you write on these? And do you have any pictures of them
Answer:	Yes, they are from Avery. You can place the number in your print setting for great print output
Question:	Are they waterproof
Answer:	I used Microsoft Word to print these. You can select how to format your document and Microsoft Word already has all of the Avery product numbers loaded into its system so that you simply enter the number (in this case, 22830) and fill out your labels accordingly. I'm sure other non-Microsoft products also have similar options, but personally I cannot verify.

Answer:	Hi! 8163 is inkjet only and 18163 can be used for inkjet/laser...per the description.

Question:	Are these labels Completely Clear like a laminate
Answer:	LASER printer SECRET ... must change the media setting to LABELS ... this tells the printer to print more slowly and it fuses the toner to the label permanently. Something about using the standard paper setting with a label rushes the label too quickly through the printer and the toner is not fully fused to the label, leading to smudging.
