Answer:	There’s a clip on the back or you can add the lanyard string to it, which I did.
Question:	Does it come with clear plastic holder in whichh I can insert my ID card
Answer:	Guys, did you not get the RFID block card with your badge holder? If you sandwich your credit cards in the middle of the ID front and RFID card *Back you have no way of scanning the cards. I have tried with my own equipment - I used to be in the POS systems industry - as an fyi, not a scan scammer. If you didn't give the folks a shout at GOVO and tell them to get you your card. You paid for it, trust me, we all did.
Question:	It says its "silent" i seriously need one that ia silent when i pull out and just let go. An anybody try and tell me
Answer:	Agree with some that it depends on the scanner. Some badge scanners in my hospital will not read my badge in this holder while others will. Love the holder though. Haven’t tried using the imbedded NFC chip in my debit card yet.
Question:	How many keys can it hold
Answer:	The card that comes inside the holder says “Made in China”. Govo left that part out of description.

Answer:	NO, it is just the badge holder. no fasteners come with it.
Question:	Does this have a locking feature? Or is it just retractable
Answer:	Yes, you can. The id card holder is 100% waterproof under static conditions. But under dynamic conditions, we can't guarantee 100% that it won't be accidentally opened, and water will penetrate into it. Hope it helps.
Question:	Is it lightweight
Answer:	I utilize this item for a traditional drivers license 3 and a half by 2 and a quarter; not sure what size your wallet size phone would be but as I have stated a standard drivers license size (Hawaii, California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada) all would fit with the margins of the vertical ID holder; I have a wallet sized photo of my son taken during his senior year as a varsity basketball player; so i would say "Yes,"
Question:	Can’t for life of me open either sleeve. Both seem sealed shut on the top. Am I losing it
Answer:	I had no problem opening the holder. Pull apart to open and push the zipper part back together for closing. Think of it as a sandwich bag.

Answer:	It fits, but I don’t use it in the back pocket.

Answer:	Depends on what you are using it for. If using to put cards in. Then no coins. If using for money. Then yes coins and money will fit.
Question:	What kind of zinc alloy is it made from
Answer:	Barely, if there are no coins inside. I always fold mine in half and half again, and it all works just fine. Just put them fold down so the zipper doesn’t snag the money.
