Answer:	Yes it did. I ended up not using mine.
Question:	How thick is the actual reel holding the spool? I need one well under half an inch
Answer:	Don't know what you mean by commercial roll. If you mean those very large rolls of paper-like toweling, probably not. It does fit big rolls of regular consumer paper towels (e.g., from the supermarket). The radius that it can hold is about 3 inches (from center of the roll to outer edge).
Question:	Can you lock and fixate the cable when part of it is out so it doesn't get fully retracted
Answer:	I would think that it would fit just about all cabinets. My are older cabinets - it slides right inside the bottom part of the cabinet. I love it!
