Answer:	Yes, these envelopes are designed to be wide enough to be hole punched and still hold cash and the budget sheets. You can see an example of the envelope hole punched and in a personal wallet in the bottom of the third photo. You can also cut along the dotted line to remove the flap and have a tabbed envelope.
Question:	Do these have a plastic shinny feel / look or have a more matte appearance
Answer:	There isn't a lot of "texture" to them, it's just regular origami paper that's easy to fold. Feels slightly more textured than regular copy paper. It's not as easy to fold as the really thin white origami paper, but it's leagues easier than the thicker cloth-like paper or the metallic paper.For what it's worth my wife and I did the 1000 cranes thing too and used this paper for about half of it.
