Answer:	The cooker does come with the basket that can be used for turkey, chicken, roasts, etc. The other accessories are for more specialty items (such as wings or ribs), which some people may not want to cook. Why increase the price to include all accessories, when many people don't even want them. The price of the cooker (when we bought it) was (in our opinion), very reasonable.

Answer:	I cooked a 16 lb turkey for Thanksgiving and it was perfectly cooked in 2 1/2 hrs. I absolutely love this cooker. Tri-tip and ribs turned out great!
Question:	What happens if it starts to rain
Answer:	That's a legitimate question. There is no solid cover like a standard gas grill, only a mesh cover but that cannot be used the entire time due to potential burning and it won't prevent rain from hitting your food. If you don't have a covered porch or other safe place to put this outdoors during rain you probably can't use it. Hopefully it won't rain on Thanksgiving this year!

Answer:	10-12 minutes per pound but there is no preheating time required. Having done deep fried and using the Big Easy, Total time is about the same.

Answer:	This will be a great grill for you,.. I suggest you review the manual on how it sets up. If you are cooking for more than 4 I suggest buying another insert for the grill rack, again, do some online research. The meat will remain moist! I bought mine to use as a smoker but not as impressed with that function as I cannot get the temp to stay down to 210-225.

Answer:	Hi, I don't know the size of the propane tank but it is the standard size that you get from Blue Rhino, you give an empty and get a full one for approx. $20.00. Also, do yourself a favor and never use a bristle grill brush. I took a bristle out of my mouth while eating a hamburger, then I closely inspected the grill and saw many trapped on the lower grate supports. Charbroil makes a red nylon one they recommend. Google grill brush bristle injuries, you won't believe it. I had no idea. I am trying to tell everyone I can.
Question:	Someone above wrote the temp goes from 325-450, is that true you cannot bring it down to 205 for slow smoking
Answer:	Use the water pan as mentioned in other replies, but more importantly, use at least one good probe thermometer. The lowest I've had mine down to for smoking was 215, and it took a lot of work to get there. I added a true fire brick to the bottom of the basket as a heat sink as well as the water pan, and cracked to lid about an inch. ( shouldn't have to do that according to the owners forum). Also, this was in Feb. in PacNW, on a covered and sheltered deck. So , that all helped. As for grilling and roasting, remember that the owners manual tells you to run with the lid open. Again, a quality probe thermometer comes in handy here. Bottom line, don't be afraid to experiment. The 3 in 1 big easy is a great choice for most casual and occasional users.

Question:	might sound stupid but how does this effect your electric bill i know hologen lights can run a pretty penny
Answer:	The cost to run will vary with your usage and the cost of your electricity in your area. As an example I will use my electricity rate and an estimated usage of say 3 hours per week. I pay 12.5 cents per KWH (kilowatt-hour) for my electricty on average. Since this uses 1300 watts (1.3 Kilowatts)-- the cost per hour to run this for me would be approximately 16.25 cents per hour to run-- so for my example of 3 hours per week it would cost me approximately $1.95 per month to run (12 hours x 16.25 cents per hour). I do not own this yet so I'm unaware of how much hot air this might throw off as it runs-- if it is significant and you run an AC to cool your house-- this will add some cost to operate it as your AC will run longer to cool the house... In my opinion this would not be too significant and if you cook with an oven instead that would put out more heat then this would and may offset some of the cost of this to run. I hope this helps. Question:	I can't get the Big Boss oil-less fryer to cook anything , what am I doing wrong
Answer:	I love my big boss but I found to cook chicken in it I coat it with Italian dressing and it cooks great, threw out the oil sprayer, didn't do a thing for anything, need some olive oil, but not very much, also found if I cooked things about 25 degrees more than recipe it helped, does a great job on pork chops, use it almost every day, good luck
Question:	Can you make French frys from scratch in it or only conveience foods
Answer:	Yes you can make French fries from scratch. That's was our first food experiment when we got our Big Boss. The instructions are in the cookbook. Basically need to dry the fresh cut fries with paper towel before cooking to remove excess moisture. Then brush it with oil. Or in our case, we mixed the uncooked fries with about 10 ml of cooking oil, hand mixed in a mixing bowl. Layer the fries in the pan. Set temperature to 400F and timer for 20 min as instructed. Fries turned out great. My children love it. Thumb up.
Question:	What is the difference between this and the Nuwave oven
Answer:	The Nuwave oven uses a heating element much as a regular oven, along with a fan to cook. You can get a Nuwave oven for $99 many places, so the price is not that much different. Overall, the cooking process is basically the same - a heating source and convection. The Nuwave is a bit more oven-like as you cook on a rack and the air fryers cook in a basket to resemble an oil fryer more.
