Answer:	I did this, you can refer to it. I removed the pillowcase first, then soaked the sponge in hot water for a period of time, and finally dried it. The pillow was restored to its original shape! The wrinkles on the pillowcase can be washed with water and ironed with an iron! My pillow is all normal now!
