Answer:	Yes, the first few pages are as follows: one page for "10 year plan", one "vision board page", then 8 pages of "Goals". There are places for 16 goals. In the back are tons of pages for ideas and notes. Since getting this planner I have been able to refer to my 10 year plan and make steps towards reaching those goals. It has been really great to write them down and then write what needs to be done daily/weekly to accomplish those goals. Each page of the planner guides you on what to write. Sometimes I go free form sometimes I write what it prompts. Either way it has been a useful tool in accomplishing the goals I set out for myself. My only complaint is that you have to write in all the dates, but for the price, it cannot be beat!
