Answer:	Yes, Part I was missing from our order also. I did not attempt to put it together after missing the part.

Answer:	It is not a 3/4" fitting. But could hold 100' of hose.

Answer:	I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. There is just about a 4 foot section of hose that leads from the reel to the hose faucet. The whole reel is plastic, except for the handle, which is metal. Beware though, I ordered one and it was missing part "I", a crucial retainer clip to hold one of the wheels on, so I ordered a second one, since I didn't receive a call back from the seller. And the second reel was missing the exact same part. So, I returned both hose reels and purchased a Suncast reel. To me, a hose reel is fine, as a reel, but is pointless to have wheels, if it can't be rolled to the garage for storage. Good luck.

Answer:	I am more inclined to say no.It is really for use as a footrest. I do not know how you will control the up and down movement of this footrest.

Answer:	It does not slide that easily. It has rubber tabs on the bottom that provide a decent grip - just make sure they are kept clean and free from pet fur, for example. I find this to be very nice, well-made product compared to what I had previously.

Answer:	I have used Northern Tool online to get small wheel replacements for a variety of carts, barrows and trailers. You need to be careful however to get the correct size and hole pattern wheel to fit your cart.

Question:	Can this be setup in a flat (not tilted ) position so that my feet are flat
Answer:	typical problem with most fasteners today...I suggest applying some penetrant to release the fasteners and then soak in same of some rust inhibitor; re-install and keep lubricated...alternatively; just replace with stainless fasteners
Question:	Can this lie flat on ground? I don't want to put it on the stand, I just want a slight footrest for the ground
Answer:	If the reel is mostly empty and you have a lot of hose out you may need to put one foot on the crossbar until you add some weight to the reel by winding some of the hose onto it. When there is more hose on the reel (especially if it is ful of water) there is enough weight to hold it in place without the foot.
Question:	Plz advise how many inches I should add to 9.8” if I have the steel frame against the wall
Answer:	I've had this hose reel for 4 years and this year, mine had a small leak. I found the problem to be the two "O" rings inside the the pivot area. Pretty simple to fix. Local hardware store had what I needed.

Answer:	I would just go to your local paint (lowe's -- Home Depot) dealer, and ask. The only thing I don't like about this great product is the crome part rusts out to quickly.

Answer:	Four and one half inches usable height. I say four and one half inches although it can be extended an inch higher but mine will not maintain that height under much pressure. Lowest: a solid inch and a half.

Answer:	This will not raise up high enough to keep your feet at the level of your bottom--but it should keep your thighs parallel to the seat instead of them hanging down and putting pressure on the backs of your legs--which can also affect swelling. It has really helped me with back pain from sitting extended periods for work.

Answer:	The feet have grippers. Mine is also on carpet & next to the hard drive so no slipping.

But you need to be careful about chair arms because it is made from Mesh material so If you try to insert chair inside your desk and if arms touches bottom of your desk then there are chances to get damages arms of chair. I have 29.5 inch desk.
