Answer:	The stool is easily adjustable from 19" to 28" high.
Question:	What is the finish like on the steel base? Does it match the finish on the cylinder
Answer:	All of the parts that are NOT leather are bright chrome. The base and the tube are both chrome. The seat is plush leather, but very small. If your A## is very small you will love the seat. For me it was too small for long term use. The height adjustment is a mat black lever. The wheels are black and white is good quality, the type that rolls well on carpet.
