Question:	How do you get it to tilt? I followed the instructions and it didn't work
Answer:	The only answer "on how to get it to tilt" is the LEFTY/LOSEY - RIGHTY/TIGHTY with the handle pulled out. The instructions are good for assembling the chair but not for the tilt (counter clockwise is not the answer).

Answer:	You can remove them if you want (or not assemble them to the chair in the first place), but it would be harder to sit in it. It's a pretty narrow chair.

Question:	Why are so many of the reviews/comments about the wheels? Seems shady
Answer:	Yes, I think it would fit nice in a small room. I have mine in a corner of my bedroom to watch TV at night.
Question:	In their review said it had a back massager, but some said it doesn't have massager. Do you know what happen
Answer:	It’s a big box, but not as big as you would suppose because the chair arrives in two pieces in the box. One delivery man managed it.
Question:	Is there a built in massager for this chair, or not? Why are there comments about it but nothing in the description
Answer:	It goes back as far as the almost straight lying down position with the small bend at the seat. It does not go as far as having the feet up over head though. Does pretty well if having to elevate feet. Measuring about 3ft from the floor when completely reclined.
Question:	In the description, it says this chair has rocking function, how could it rock? Thanks
