Answer:	I'm half a country away but would be glad to give exact measurements when I'm home again. It might not matter in the end though -- this thing is pretty rickety at it's highest setting, and difficult to carry because gravity holds it together. You have to grab it by the leg and the seat or it comes crashing apart. I wouldn't buy it again, and you can have mine if you're in the vicinity of Maine.

Answer:	I have one of the other models (shorter, same seat though) and I've found it comfortable for the better part of a day, provided I get up and walk around every few hours... Comfort is subjective, but I'm happy with this seat, and everyone that has tried it has liked it as well. The only downside is that it can be a bit slick at first, not too bad after a few weeks though.

Answer:	You need to make sure you have the legs in correctly first. There are 2 legs that go in diagonally then the other two legs go diagonally from each other. This will give you the wholes that match for the short and long cross pieces. If the legs are in the incorrect place then the wholes will not match up. Hope this helps. Answer:	I do not know the maximum weight but have had a friend who's weight was over 350 lbs sit on one of my stools that was 29 inches and the stool was fine. My bar 29" bar stool do not have any cracks in the legs nor did it have any damage to the legs or connecting areas. Answer:	I can answer with info gleaned from the two co-workers who actually use the chairs. These 2 guys work behind the service desk of a Ford dealership. They are constantly in and out of the chairs. Both guys are between 5'9" & 5'11" and between 210 & 250 pounds and neither has any problem with the chairs whatsoever. Plopping down in chairs when they actually sit to answer a phone call has put the most strain on their chairs in the past and these chairs are holding up great. I would recommend to anyone fitting those same specs.
